1st problem was the attitude the young Asian girl had. 2 problem smelled like a porta potty. 3rd no customers. That was 1st sign
I Was gonna order 20 wing combo then I asked for 2 cups of water tried to charge me 6 bucks. I turned and walked out.

Their wings are tasty but they are the tiniest wings I have ever seen. I think they get their wings from Ethiopia because they are so skinny you couldn’t hit them with a handful of corn. The hibachi grill is out of this world. Their pet spider is very friendly and if you give it a french fry he will come out of his nest and play a song for you while you are eating and it’s very entertaining to watch him stroke his leg against his web and it sounds just like a violin.

Do not go here. It’s dirty. They were out of a diet coke, didnt post it or notify, but they were glad to charge for combo – no discount for not having the soda they advertised. Service was slow, didn’t process orders in order received. Several got food ahead my families. Overall not well kept.
Fries were average or just below. Philly was good. Wings were not crispy, and somewhat small.
Will not return.

Save your money. The food was not good. The wings and rice tasted old. None of the food tasted fresh. Though I was hungry I could not physically eat more of the nasty wings. The best thing was the fruit punch.

I asked for 6 piece wings and was charged for combo when I clearly stated no fries wings only. Wings were watered down lemon pepper with a spice at end. Watered down sauce was all over plate running into bag carrying the food. Fries were not good either. Trying to eat them made me feel bad. Bad cashier and customer service skills for prices charged definitely not worth it.

The Manager if that’s who the lady at the register is was snappy and lifting her voice because she scratched out boneless wings on the ticket and I told her I wanted boneless as ordered. Her reasoning was we didn’t order correctly??? How do you order boneless if not by clicking boneless??? She said they couldn’t remake the order and refunded that one tray out of the whole order. Money was handed back to cashier and order made again. She continued to keep a rude attitude. I buy multiple large orders from this place weekly. We don’t need to hear “no remakes” 20xs. Make the order right and be respectful when you made the mistake. If attitude continues from this cashier guess we will take our business elsewhere! I hadn’t even mentioned on my reviews the fly situation not once but twice in a row I let slide last time.. this tells me your sauce bins are not covered….yes your cashier had an attitude that time too when I asked for a refund. She said “no refunds” that time!!! Fix your employees attitude and get her off her phone so she can give good customer service!

Philly steak sandwich was awesome! Fries and wings were great, too. Everything is made fresh to order. I ga e a 3 on service because we were dining in, and the cashier didn’t take either of our names, so as this was our first time there, and we were dining in, we didn’t know she wasn’t going to bring us our order.
Otherwise the visit there was pretty good.

I wasn’t able to get my food that I ordered on my lunch break. The place wasn’t busy when I went up there to order. It was only one customer in front so I don’t understand why it took them so long to fix my food. I asked the cashier how long will it be and she asked what my order number was, I told her it was 7. She walked to the register like she was looking for some info and then walked away without saying anything else to me. I had to leave w/o my food and return to work. I tried calling up there to let someone know what’s going on but no answer. I called six times and all it did was rang.
