This truck has the best Birria tacos that I’ve ever tried so far! You can literally drink the broth alone. After trying the first time I went I visited three times that week. I’m a cheese lover so I had to ask for extra cheese and they did just that. It comes with three, but I can’t help but to eat one before taking a picture. The guys were so nice. It was raining the last time I got them and he came to my car and brought them to me. Please remember to tip they worked so hard back there.

Unfortunately I had to change my review because the last 3 times we have came the food has not been so good. This used to be THE BEST place for birria and now the past 2 months the food has been extremely salty and some things have been raw not cooked throughly. Also, me and my husband had a very uncomfortable experience with the guy taking our order making unnecessary and uncomfortable comments. That inappropriate behavior unfortunately made us not want to come back.

Great food truck! This will be one of our go to places. We ordered the birria quesadilla and al pastor tacos. Both were delicious. The green salsa was so good and had some nice heat! We also got the lime juice — wow! It was so fresh and refreshing. We’ll definitely be back.

Update:
They’ve got new menus! These are super nice but laminated, so they’re not available to bring home- but it’s easier than reading the signs on the truck! The food is still great but I’d suggest adding more tajin to the regular elote, the seasoning is usually only on one side of the corn. There’s also no more avocado slices that come with the tacos, but for the price it’s definitely still worth it!! Just make sure that if you’re coming and bringing kids or if it’s summer, wear something closed toe because there’s lots of glass shards through the grass surrounding the food trucks!!

One of the best food trucks I’ve visited for birria! We have previously visited their restaurant, but this was our first time checking out their food truck. Something I really admire about them is their dedication to the presentation of their food! When do you ever see food truck food looking so pretty? We loved their birria fries, birria pizza, birria loaded baked potato, birria tacos, and street corn. The birria itself was delicious, and I really enjoyed how crispy their homemade corn taco shell was. The staff was friendly, and they move very efficiently!

They got one of the best tacos in the area. I’ve been going every week to get the birria burrito they got couple of tables and chair outside so you can eat there if is not too crowded.

Stopped by for lunch and was not disappointed. The food was authentic and very flavorful. I had the 3 Birria (beef) Tacos with consomme (soup) . It was delicious. I definitely plan on making a return trip.
