Food is AMAZING. Good brisket is hard to find, and this place has it in spades. Also, any place that supports our service men and women to the level that this place does will always have my support and my business.

Absolutely best brisket I have ever had. Dry rub on the brisket formed a nice crust and the meat was very tender and juicy. No sauce was needed, but I had to try a few because it was my first time, though. Espresso pepper was by far my favorite but I didn’t have a bad one. Smoked wings were excellent as well.
That’s not even the best part. The staff was fantastic. I struck up a conversation with each of them and they were so nice. Food was served quickly. Manager was super nice and told me a bunch about the company history and philosophy.
Can’t wait to stop by the pig roast tomorrow!

Great service and staff, it smelt delicious. Which is what attracted me to the not easy to find location. But the BBQ wasn’t a memorable dish, I liked the ribs quite a bit, but felt the brisket fell short of my expectations. To be fair I’m a harsh judge, as I smoke quite a bit at home and at work. I’m sure that some would really love the taste, I just was looking for a little more love on my palate, 5 Stars for the guys working there though, very friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved all of our food. I had the best brisket I have ever had and my husband had the most delicious smoked chicken sandwich. The mac and cheese and beans as sides were awesome! Extremely friendly and fast service. Will definitely be visiting again! Thank you!

The aroma when you enter is a perfect hint at the deep and smokey flavors. Loved the bbq beans and chicken especially but we had family style sides and meats, and I felt like I could go on and on with the Mac, Slaw, Beans, Pulled Pork, Ribs, and Chicken. I’m kind of picky with the spices in BBQ. It was far from simple but a very clean medley of flavors! Nothing was overly salty, either. We’ll be back! Maybe for a repeat 😉

I loved this place❗The staff is so friendly; veterans get a 20% discount which you can’t find at Mission BBQ or Dickies. The brisket sandwich was stellar. The smell of the smoke and the look of the hot juicy meat, made me drool. The big roll is filled with alot of meat. Once I took the first bite I was in BBQ heaven. You dont even need BBQ sauce its that good. I did try each of the BBQ sauces anyway. The Pepper Expresso BBQ sauce complimented the brisket perfectly. They also have a Sweet Sweet Que and Devil Dog xxx, which are yummy. Red White and Que is the BEST BBQ i ever had. You’re gonna love it too❗

I love this place. More people need to find out about this place because the food is absolutely incredible. I personally get their beef brisket and Mac n cheese. The barbeque sauces are fantastic. I was blown away by this place and I’ll keep coming back. I wish it was closer to Saylorsburg, but it’s close enough to make the trip!!!!!

This place is not good and don’t expect them to last long! First off, it took a long time to get our food after we placed our order. The ribs and BBQ chicken were completely over cooked, dry and probably have been sitting around awhile. All of the food was not even hot. I believe the food is not cooked at this location and only delivered and re-heated. Top it all off, it is expensive.
