Reviews
The Centurion Lounge offers a calm environment with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light from the large windows overlooking the terminal. The food selection is better than expected — the congee was flavorful, the soups were hot and comforting, and the fish soup with rice was the highlight of the entire visit. It’s simple, warm, and surprisingly memorable — the kind of dish you genuinely look forward to on a transit day.
Service was efficient despite the lounge being quite busy during peak hours. Staff worked hard to refill items quickly and keep the dining area clean.
A solid place to relax before a flight, enjoy a quiet meal, and recharge. I would happily return.
There is some variation on cocktails, wine and beer you can order.
Also the food buffet is great and offers some great choices. Fresh salads, snacks and some warm dishes, which are well served.
But there are absolutely no cozy seating capabilities here! That’s really disappointing.. because in my opinion, I like to sit cozy while waiting at the airport.
Please note that there are some busy. S in the morning and in the evenings wherein the lounge can get crowded and you may have to wait a bit to get in.
Check in is a breeze with your Amex card. I was advised to register early for getting access to the shower which I did. But I had plenty of time to spend. However, I was called in earlier than when I was told showers would be available. However, I was called in earlier than when I was told the shower would be available.
The food menu tends to be very static. There are some vegetarian options available along with vegan options as well. The bonus for me was during lunch time. There were some Indian food available as well even though it was limited.
The staff are generally very friendly and service oriented. They are very efficient in making sure that they identify open spots and bring people in if there is a waiting involved.
The food and beverage services very good as well.
The bathrooms are very clean and the facility in general is maintained very well. Showers are very clean and well stocked up.
The Wi-Fi service is pretty stable and streaming was possible as well.
I noticed a lot of families with kids come in. This is a very kids friendly place and the food items are available for kids as well.
Highly recommend this if you are planning to have a longer layover and need a lounge.
PS: If you are here in the late afternoon and have a flight to catch later in the evening, to get a spot overlooking the tower so you can see the sunset. It is spectacular!
PS2: Do not miss the special treats they pass around. I got to enjoy the Orange Mandarin Cake . New Year Special!
Staff is extremely polite and accommodating. Seeing we had two kids in tow they put us into the private conference space to give us a quiet place to sit. Strict crowd limits are enforced to ensure the lounge is not overcrowded.
Hot food items were very good, reaching hotel buffet quality. Drink list of extensive. Fast wifi.
This is an oasis of calm in an otherwise chaotic airport.
And of course, as is tradition, no visit to an American Express lounge would be complete without witnessing a true American loudly complaining at reception that their mid-tier card won’t grant them access. The indignation, the disbelief, the futile waving of the bank card — it’s practically part of the experience at this point. Almost worth the membership fee for the entertainment alone.
