Just made a 70$ order everything was dried out.. the wings. Especially The chicken tenders, even the burger was dry and the fries were overly seasoned . I’ve been to both locations on Cullen. Numerous times and they have never missed.

I saw a tictok of someone order and i had to try American Deli. I assumed they only had sandwiches but they have a very large menu. I tried the Cullen location first. Food and service was great. I was nervous to try a new location because once I find a location I like I usually stick with it but the Missouri city location is closer to me. I have been to the Mo City location 3 times so far and the service and food have been great each time. The girls in the front are always so nice and helpful. I have had interactions with 4 different girls and they all gave great service. They always offer help with the menu and they ALWAYS speak as soon as you come in. They always seem like they are enjoying their job. The cooks always look clean and they always handle food in the proper manner with gloves. The location is clean and they have good ventilation. I smelled the grease in my clothes when I left the Cullen location. Their peach punch is the best drink I’ve ever had in my life. I would visit just for that. It’s hard to get good food places on that’s side of Mo City so thank you American Deli.

I ordered a salad and end up getting a bowl full of vegetables no lettuce when I called the store they told me to come back the next day. I put the salad in the refrigerator now. Let me remind you when you put a salad in the refrigerator and with ranch it melts down when I get to the store. They tell me oh you ate half the salad no, I did not. It’s ranch on the salad and it’s melted down. Why would I want to eat a bowl with no lettuce no nothing just vegetables. I will never go back.
