Food was quick and tasty.
Refills cost extra and they have a sign but do not tell you. Almost nobody charges for refills so it is not a typical thing to ask about.
I purchased 30 bucks in food and couldn’t even get some extra water to finish my meal.
They should be ashamed!
Could pay for an extra drink either as they only do $5 or more on a card.

I am giving this a 1 star review. The cashier is very racist. I watched a family of 2 blacks people ask to refill there drink. He did at no charge. I went up to him 5 mins later and ask for a refill and he charged me 75 cents. Keep in mind I am white. This is a racist location.

Woman at the register is more focused on her phone than to help people at the counter. I mean its ridiculous how rude she was. Food was pretty awful as well, my burger represented a boot more than an actual hamburger. Fries were soggy and cross, couldn’t even taste the Seasoning.

This what they doing for Philly’s now, and if you ask them where the meat at. They tell you, you have to pay for more meat. MANAGER APPROVED IT TOO. SO BEWARE! SPEND MORE MONEY GET LESS.

I probably had this place for 1 star. But the Service that Sheronica gave top tier. She checked every plate. Got every order right and gave the most precise experience I’ve ever had at American Deli. If you want your food to be right let Sheronica take your order!!

Horrible service ! I NEVER order from this one and I accidentally did today somehow on my DoorDash. I even went to the wrong location before actually realizing what location I ordered from. I ordered, drove 20 minutes and still had to wait 30 minutes inside. It’s ridiculous. The outside walkway had nothing but trash around it, it just wasn’t appealing in my opinion. My food was cold and I’m very serious about my food. I dislike mediocre. The location in the mall services way more people and they sometimes have less workers but I promise you they are amazing. The one in the mall will always have your food hot, and there’s minimal waiting. I only recommend the Columbus Mall location.
