My meal was clearly rushed. The customer service was terrible. They are rushing when placing an order & clearly with cooking the food. I have two different types of fries in my box. The ones at the top are the ones that aren’t cooked all the way or are too soft or too hard. This is ridiculous especially when spending my money on something that’s not worth nothing. Will NOT be back.

The burger was delicious!! Toasted bun! Fries are way more than one person an eat. Love the seasoning salt they use. Traveling and this was a taste of home.

Ordered for my son and me through DoorDash. My Philly Cheesesteak was delivered to me blistering hot; however, the fries were cold and half cooked. If they had been fresh cooked to order they would’ve arrived piping hot too. BUT, there is never, ever, EVER a good reason to serve half cooked fries – EVER!!! Leave them in the fryer and allow them to cook until they are done – STOP RUSHING THEM BY PULLING THEM EARLY. The sandwich was decent, but cold half cooked fries will get a one star rating EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

American Deli is one of my favorite places to get food from. Don’t let the fact that it’s in the empty mall’s food court fool you. This place is amazing! My hubby and I eat there or door dash them every week, at least once. We are a huge fan of their wings. We always order lemon pepper with mild or lemon pepper teriyaki. I have a really dangerous addiction to their fresh, hot, crunchy, perfectly golden french fries with the seasoning salt. I also love their gyros! We love you, American Deli!
