I just ordered from Waitr & this is by far the worst American Deli experience I’ve ever had. The shrimp fried rice is salty and disgusting. Looks like it was cooked on a dirty stovetop. The wings look old. This meal is absolutely horrible I will NEVER order from this location again.

If only there was a zero star option! I bought the shrimp fried rice and 10pc hot wings and let me tell you! My blood pressure was on top of the roof. Everything was soooo salty. Rice was mad undercooked. I will never buy American deli ever again!

Best American Deli I’ve been to. The hot lemon pepper wings were a perfect blend of lemon and heat. I also had fried rice. It was cooked fresh and they gave me a lot! I will be back when visiting Montgomery again!

Girl at the counter was very helpful. She let me sample the flavor before ordering(thank God because the favor i wanted was too hot). She was very patience and kind to us..along with laughing with me. The food came out fast and hot. Seasoned to perfection. We sat in. It was nice and clean. Very quiet considering it was lunch hour. They had a little line, but no sooner did it start it stopped. One of the best ones ive been too. Worth the drive across town.

Good food. Cooked fresh right in front of you. Wings are good. I tried the Lemon Pepper and honey BBQ. The place was pretty busy on late on a weeknight(Tuesday), so they must be doing pretty good. Kind of hard to find if you don’t know where it is, but worth the trip. Good portions and excellent seasonings.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of our lunch as well as the speediness in regard to the preparation of our food, which was freshly prepared before my very eyes! But mostly, I was impressed with the cashier/customer service attendant; not only was she thorough, efficient, and knowledgable regarding the menu and taking our order, she offered great service in ensuring order accuracy before we left with our lunch, as we were taking ours to go. She also spent any down time cleaning both behind the counter as well as the tables and beverage station. She is truly an allstar in a restaurant filled with greatness! I WILL be back!
