Nice portion size on the food being served at this location they give enough rice to feed two maybe three people. Employees keep it really clean in here for a public place. I enjoyed my lunch and had a nice chat with the young lady working. Thank you all for your service will be back

The absolute worst American Deli EVER! The website says they close at 9:30 but at 9:00 they close the grill so you can not get certain foods. Customer service is sub standard. I DO NOT recommend. You are better going to Cobbs Ford Rd location.

I always order the same thing everytime I go here. Steak Philly with the wings. My order is hit or miss. The Philly is always good, but the fries are usually undercooked, and the wings have been really small and hard AH lately. $10 on wigs you cant eat is ridiculous. I most definitely will not be ordering wings again.

I wish I could give American Deli more than 5 stars. The food is wonderful! The staff was delightful! My food was fresh, and the taste is not comparable to other fast food places. You definitely get what you pay for. They were sensitive to my physical limitations and worked with me to make this experience easy and memorable. These people deserve a raise! The place is clean and I will most definitely be back.

I waited 10 minutes to have my order taken. The young lady behind the counter was handling too much to be alone. There were 3 guys cooking. Food wasn’t bad. I had 10 piece hot wings combo. Fries were nothing to brag about. Wings weren’t bad but I’ve had better. Establishment was very clean.

I ordered some food over the food that ended up to be not what I order.
Never the less, the cashier admitted to me that she had made an error but she lied to me and told me that the manager and the owner was not there. However one day later I called back and the same lady told me that she was the manager. Anyway this place has a policy that you have to bring your food back the same day in order to get a refund. Even if its there fault, the policy is still in force. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody and they never have to worry about me coming back. The lady at the cash registrar was very nasty and I refuse to be nice to me as a customer. I was told that the customer is always right not in this case. I don’t send my money no where that I feel uncomfortable. Therefore, Good Bye American Deli.

The food is decent but the light skin girl with lots of piercings in her ear has a DISGUSTING attitude. She is extremely rude and is not someone they should have at the front counter. She made the entire experience bad for me.

The Philly is AMAZING. I live around 13 minutes from this location and by the time I got home it was STILL almost too hot to handle/eat! The flavor was on point, not too seasoned definitely not bland! Location was clean. Will be back!
