Haven’t tasted my food yet but very upset I payed almost 20 dollars for food to be delivered and I ask for some ranch on the side and was told by my dasher they said I have to pay for it so I will not order from them again

I ordered over the phone and it was extremely difficult to understand anything. I came to pick it up and it was wrong. I had to wait on the food to cook. I just found some hair in my food. I’m disgusted.

My food was just thrown together. I got honey hot and lemon pepper. They did not separate my wings properly and sauce was all over my lemon pepper. Will not be going back at all. I had to take a paper towel and wipe off all the sauce. Sauce wings and dry wings should always be separated

After many years of eating at the restaurant wingstop, someone recommended I try this place because of the similarities. I however was extremely disappointed.. I placed the order via Uber Eats and when it arrived it was cold and not prepared properly. The wrong receipt was given to me so I’m not sure if that’s why it was prepared wrong.
I wasn’t able to go back at the moment because it was delivery. I called back the next day and asked to speak to a manger who said her name was Allie and told her the issue. She was unprofessional and extremely rude. The level of customer service and professionalism was far worse than one star..but that’s the lowest I could rate.
It was my first time there and I will never support their business again.

This location is above average, overall not taking my satisfaction away from here. The food out here is just delicious, never undercooked. The employees there were nice. This place always smacks and it’s being slept on, this why there aren’t many customers coming. I hope this review boosts their business a bit because I have high hopes they’ll be home to many greater experiences in customer service and food as well.

THIS LOCATION IS INSIDE THE FOODCOURT OF THE MALL… FYI. But this spot, its not the greatest. I ate it. The sub sandwich looks NOTHING like the photos they use… the meat stack… isn’t much at all. I looked online first thru their menu… the sub, “was not the sub” if you know what I mean. Got Ham and Turkey… I took no pictures here.
