I’ve been coming here since a freshman in college, 2018 and it has DEFINITELY been major improvements within the last 2 years. My food is always correct, delicious and fresh! Both through DoorDash and walking in. They aren’t stingy with the sauce and sometimes give me extra. The cashier could have a better attitude tho but I get it’s hard operating the front of the house by yourself so I get it. He shows you your food always tho and won’t let you leave until you have everything you need.

More than one occasion that I went over there and asked him to change their gloves every time I make an order no one does it is cross contamination It’s unsanitary and I called the manager and he asked me. How did I get his number not trying to rectify the situation by far, I will never go back to American deli at this location

This place is a JOKE!!!!! $12 for some baby Cornish hen type drum/wings. Ordered a 6 piece but they threw in 3 extra wings but all the wings was so small that it was equivalent to 4 wings. Even the peach tea wasn’t peachin FIRST AND LAST TIME

Went in to get me and my wife food i ordered a 6pc dry lemon pepper with fries BONELESS and a 10pc honey gold with fries BONELESS not only did he give me traditional on both and proceeded to argue with me about what i ordered I later found out the supposed lemon pepper was just plain wings I love American Deli but this was by far my worst experience here i recommend the old man working up front get hearing aids and take a course on customer service

Last two times the chicken wings have been really small. Don’t know if they switched vendors but they are a lot smaller than before.
