I ordered a Reuben sandwich with the thousand island on the side. This is how Sandwich came looks nothing like the picture in the store or online. there was more sauerkraut on it than there was meat. they did not put the cheese on the sandwich at all. The bread was not toasted. They also gave me one of the end pieces as one of my slices of bread. It seems like the bread was old because it was falling apart. Would not recommend this ice to anyone every time I have gotten a sandwich or anything from this place it has been shit. And you take it back to them and they say oh we cannot do a refund. We can just give you another meal. Why Would you want another mail from the place that you just took food back to? That was not correct???

The food was fantastic and the service was awesome. I asked what was good and was recommended the cheesesteak. Everything was served hot and fresh. The wings were real hot, seasoned well and had a night light crispness to them. I love the crinkled fries. All with a nice cold Mr Pibb. I highly recommend this place.

When I called in an order was not asked for Boneless or traditional they chose what they told me was more often ordered when I had already paid for my food and shown they were traditional when I wanted boneless. Partly this was my fault but specifying that hat kind of wings should be asked when ordering just like the wing flavors.

As soon as I walked the door the two behind the counter where on phones, one texting one talking. The one talking was also eating right at the counter. They ask for the number from the call order except the one that took the order didn’t bother to ask for the number. She didn’t offer a drink holder for the drinks. The gyro is lamb and the meat is so tough it’s like leather.

I was so excited to pass by this little gem as I was working here today. I used to eat this for lunch all the time in Georgia not knowing that they had them in Alabama as well. The store was nice and clean, sweet lady and young man at the register were really friendly and professional. The food was absolutely delicious and ready when the app said it would be ready. And that sweet lady up front really went above and beyond. Wonderful visit all the way around.

Ordered a Philly combo with wings and it was very good but when my grand daughter told me her chicken fingers were horrible , I thought she just didn’t want to eat…. Until I tasted them , you could tell they were cooked in the same grease as the shrimp.. I will never eat at american deli again… Nevermind it took me 30 minutes to get my order and people were ordering burgers after me.. Not call-ins. Even after I took a bite of her chicken to confirm her complaint I had to scrub my hands to get the

I ordered the ham and turkey sub it had everything on it but the bread wasn’t toasted enough that the sub was very very soggy. It was about 6:00 at night and the lights were up and extremely bright with the white bright lights and could have low music in the atmosphere. The fries actually saved it, since they could be reheated.

Went during lunch time, so I expected it to be busy and it was. The ladies taking orders were cordial. My food was fresh and hot. They should remove the tables and chairs if they do not allow in restaurant dining.

The food is awesome. Love the hamburgers, however the cashiers were the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with!!! Unless they know you they don’t smile and neither one of them wanted to fix my drinks! They kept sending me back and forth to the other person. We was eating here at least 2 times a week but haven’t been back bc of the cashiers. It’s not worth the headache.
