The Philly Cheese was decent, the crinkle cut fries were also mid, but service was great. There is a small amount of tables, set up like a take out chinese food place.

This place is a rip off. They charge $2.00 more than all the other locations. They charged $1 for sauce and literally only gave me 2 squirts. When I asked for a little more she tried to charge me extra. They water down the fruit/lemonade/peach drinks. They taste like water. Any thing for a buck. I will NEVER EVER spend my omelet there again. Plus the lady who gave me my food had put customer service. The cashier was actually nice.

This is the best wing place in Perry. If you are a type of person that doesn’t like to wait make sure you call ahead and place your order because this is a “cook to order” restaurant. My favorite wings here are bbq and they have some real good fried rice. Also, when they call your order they show you the food to make sure that everything is correct.

I ORDERED 6 PIECE WINGS AND FRIES AND IT WAS JUST HORRIBLE. THE CHICKEN TASTED LIKE THEY SQUIRTED LEMON JUICE ON IT NOT LEMON PEPPER SEASONING, AND ON TOP OF LEMON JUICE CHICKEN WHEN I TOUCHED THEM I MAY AS WELL HAD BEEN TOUCHING ICE CUBES! WHICH IS CRAZY TO SAY BECAUSE THE FRIES WERE PIPING HOT AND GOOD……LIKE HOW ARE THE FRIES HOT BUT CHICKEN COLD.

Smallest wings I have ever seen, overcooked. Shrimp fried rice had 3 small shrimp in it. Not worth the money.

Have ordered takeout of wings numerous times in the past three years and they were great. We ordered a couple of months ago and were very disappointed in the size of the wings and the fact they were overdone. Fast forward to tonight and we decided to give them another try. Sorry to say I don’t see going back. The wings have gotten much smaller than they were in the past and the prices have jumped. We even had one wing that was missing the leg bone and was a dried up ball that wasn’t edible. It should have been discarded. We also noticed that the crowds waiting for orders was non existent. Really sorry to say we will now have to search out another place for wings.

I recently ate at American Deli in Perry, Georgia and wanted to share some thoughts. First off, the food was fantastic. The cooks there really know what they’re doing, and it’s clear why people love the place for its meals. However, I ran into some issues with the service that I think are worth mentioning.

When I was placing my order, I had a bit of a hard time understanding the cashier because of her accent. This isn’t a big deal on its own – accents are a normal part of life, after all. But it led to some confusion over my order, especially with the side items, and we had to go back and forth a few times to get it right. I tried to be as polite and patient as possible, repeating my order from a list to make sure I was being clear. It seemed to me that the cashier might have been having a tough day, as she appeared to get frustrated. I even said sorry towards the end to try and smooth things over even though I did not need to I just wanted to change the atmosphere but it did not really help.

I noticed that this seems to be a recurring issue at this American Deli, not just with me but with others too, including my wife who had a similar problem a few months back. It’s nothing to do with the food, which is great, but the experience of ordering can be off-putting. I’m not saying this to complain for the sake of it – I’m young, and these things don’t bother me too much. But I think it’s important for the place to know so they can maybe improve. Good service makes a big difference, and it’s a shame when it doesn’t match up to the quality of the food.

For now, if I go back, I’ll probably stick to online orders to avoid any hassle. I hope this feedback is useful. I believe a little improvement in how orders are taken could make eating at American Deli an even better experience.

Respectfully,

– A Customer Hoping for Better /G

Too hard to get to even with GPS. Called for directions and someone answered who could barely speak English and was not at all helpful. So Red Lobster got our business and was worth it. That’s what happened and I stand by it.
