Food is always great the cooks are awesome. i’ve NEVER had a problem here until they got a new cashier. we walked in, wasn’t even greeted and she stared at us until we just started ordering our food… she was VERY rude and then just sat down on her phone. when she called out our number there was such an attitude it’s very obvious she doesn’t want to work. we ate inside and she was like this with every customer. it was a black lady with a reddish tint to her hair is the only way i can describe her. The hispanic cashiers were so much more friendly and inviting. i’ll probably take this to cooperate because that shouldn’t be okay.

I ordered hot wings with fries. $17.00 for my meal, and the wings here are so small, with almost no meat on them that they weren’t even edible and the fries are soggy. The diet coke didn’t even taste right. This was a crazy expensive lesson. I used to love American Deli but never again.

Wings are way over cooked and dried out. The wings are to small for the money they want you to pay for them. Poor customer services . We got lemon pepper wings a month ago and it was the same thing. You can’t find quality wings in Winder. If you want some good wings that are decent price and bigger I would suggest going somewhere else. Save your money and go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead, you get a better meal with bigger wings and better customer service. The chicken here is on crack !

I get home delivery & every time it’s a great treat. The amount for the money is above & beyond. Flavors are great & I keep going back to them. I love the sandwich combo, wings on the side & their garden salads. Their is nothing I would change and no complaints at all. Keep up the good work, you have a constant return customer in me. I can’t say that about other places I’ve ordered from so thank you for caring about your customers, it definitely shows…great food always.

Ordered dry lemon pepper wings today, paid extra for all flats. Nothing about my order was right and the wet sauce they used almost made me throw up! They were small, over-cooked, disgusting wings and I don’t know how anyone likes them. Plus, the lady at the counter always looks annoyed at customers coming in. I don’t get it.
