Hamilton Mill Rd location. I’ve been coming here for years. I love it. There is a new girl at the counter, a Hispanic girl, God bless her, but her disposition is very poor. She’s not friendly, she almost acts as if you’re annoying her. I’ve been in recently quite a few times and her attitude and manner are consistent, consistently poor. She is a very bad reflection on your restaurant. If the food wasn’t so good I would never come back.

So this isn’t the first time that I’ve got wings that are all black on the inside which I’m assuming is bad meat. Also, while eating my Philly, I pulled a long black hair out I called and they said bring your food back. I was already 30 minutes away at work instead of offering me a refund which they should have they said next time I come in to just say something and I’ll see what they can do. I think it’s ridiculous especially for what they’re charging. I will not be going back. They do not do good business when they mess up.

My family enjoys eating the chicken fingers are large along with the Philly and cheese cheesesteaks. We enjoy their fries also. In some of the comments below people complain about the wait time, suggestion order ahead, it saves a lot of time.
