I’m too scared to eat the food. Thought u was I ordering from the Oakwood location- so that’s on me. I ordered from Uber Eats and the drink was not sealed nor the bag was sealed. I have trust issues and I can’t bring myself to eat it!! Gainesville location, according to the Oakwood location, they seal your food and drink. Please follow suite with third party deliveries! Safety first!!

You know I didn’t expect much from the presentation of walking up to the counter or the menu. But wow! My Ham and Turkey sub was actually delicious and one of the best sandwiches I have had in awhile. Even better than Jersey Subs if you like them and Publix. So dare to explore yourself.

We got a big order delivered and it came messed up big time. So disappointed. Called the place and they didn’t care. Were very rude and only solution was to drive there and show them the food …..after we obviously got it delivered and had no intention of driving. Do not recommend them. I am going to start off by saying American Deli is my favorite place to get wings. I had a really bad experience at this location. Food was good other than I did not get what I paid for. I did an online order for my family and was shorted 5 wings per person. That totaled 20 wings that I did not get and I paid for. It was not a big deal because everyone makes mistakes .. what is a big deal is the manager is not giving us a refund for the wings we did not receive, no store credit, NOTHING. He basically said we were lying because he said “I was in the restaurant all last week so there is no way this happened”. Bad customer service.
