Food is over priced, I paid $13 for ten wings and got one dipping sauce. It makes no sense to give 1 sauce for 6 wings and 1 sauce for ten wings. The sauce is a small cup and barely covers 5 wings, and to be charged 75 cent for another blue cheese is ridiculous and highway robbery! Highly disappointed in the overall service and food offered. The wings are little and not worth being charged over a $1.25 per wing. Don’t waste your time, go to a restaurant where you will receive your money’s worth, not where they are nickel and diming u for every cent.

If RUDE were a place of business, American Deli would be it!!! I arrived at 930pm only to be shouted at when I entered “Wings and Fries only.” Then, “Card only.” The wings were OVERCOOKED and the size of pigeon wings. Never again. They would’ve been better off shouting, “CLOSED.” Honestly, I probably could tolerate inedible food, but RUDE service. Not!!! First and last time, my $$$ will be used to keep the grease hot at this location. And why is it that management only responds to the 4 and 5 star reviews. Own all of the reviews and resolve the issues expressed in the comments of the dissatisfied customers, too. Simply, DO BETTER.

This restaurant is truly fantastic. The Philly cheesesteak and wings that came out hot were delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Additionally, the spacious parking lot and convenient location make it easy to enjoy delicious food affordably at any time. I have a desire to go there every day.

Clean atmosphere. Good food of course…. Never really had bad food from American Deli. I kind of hate that the new norm is passive-aggressive customer service. Everyone there looked like they hated the idea of working and sounded and acted like it too. If we ignore the people that worked there then it would be 10 out of 10!

Their wings are nothing to write home to mama about. The lemon pepper is a wet sauce that had a certain taste I could not identify nor did I like. The hot was hot…lol..my daughter enjoyed them and the garlic was okay. They were kind enough to do a dry garlic rub instead of the honey garlic that is on their menu.

For the first time in a while I had a Great Customer Service experience at American Deli Riverdale Rd, it started with Neeka on the phone very pleasant and respectful, then when I walked through the door Pierre topped it of with a smile a welcome in and a great attitude. Most of the reviews of this place made it seem like a “deli”, which really isn’t. Subs, wings, salad, chicken fingers, etc…. My ham sub was served in a styrofoam container with a heaping order of fries and a drink all for $11.
