I’ve lived in Atlanta for a while and tried plenty of American Deli locations, but this one is on another level. The food is consistently good, the wings are always crispy, and the service is super reliable. It’s honestly become my go-to spot because it’s just the best one in ATL.

Wings are amazing 10/10 ! Also customer service has always been great but I will say THAT IS if you have a good attitude . Grandma don’t play that, so check yourself at the door and know what you want when you get to that counter

Avoid this location if you do any kind of food delivery. Old black woman working the front lacks customer service skills. She will have drivers standing around forever while she makes salads and bags orders. She will continue to ignore drivers as customers walk in because “customers come first”. As if the orders on the apps aren’t for customers too.

Lady at the counter with bottle glass eyes stressed out but can carry a conversation on with her friends in the lobby and Hollar at me headed to bathroom as a delivery driver. “YO HO HO not Open CUDTOMERS ONLY!!” I let her know I am picking up an order and she says that doesn’t make me a customer so I proceed to try to pick up the order I see is ready on the counter and get screamed at again “YOU DONT INDERSTAND THE ORDER” I have the order on my phone in my app can see all details on receipt have been doing delivery orders for years so I finally ask her why she is tripping out. She says “okay forget you” and goes to the next person on line while my customers order is sitting on the counter since I walked in

My kid asked me to get her a 10 honey hot wing combo so I did. Within minutes she is yelling & crying that the food made her stomach hurt. WTH. Next she’s on the toilet & throwing up. I had to drive back for a refund & had to ask for apology cuz nobody offered one. Next On my way to Kroger to buy Pepto Bismol medicine. Never again.
