I just ordered shrimp fried rice and lemon pepper wings. It was disgusting.rice was mushy, shrimp tasted old. The wings were the smallest pieces of wings I’ve ever seen. For 18 dollars it was a waste. I already made it home so I didn’t want to go back to return it. If I’m paying 18 dollars I expect the food to taste good. Just nasty. Never again.

Food was amazing, the variety was great we got fried rice, wings, the Philly cheesesteak, and gyro and all it was great. But the front staff was super inattentive, blatantly using social media. We accidentally had a spill and they made no attempt to help, were told by several people that all the sodas didn’t have carbonation and did nothing, not even apologize. Thank goodness for the yummy food.

Went at the hwy 74 location in Tyrone Ga 30290 located in Publix complex….. wanted to get 10 pc wings and large fries amount quoted was 11.79 and 4.99 something didn’t look right so I checked the menu and the prices were lower when I asked the cashier she said they were older one and had older price ….. that’s false and misleading advertisement…. When I checked the price on digital menu inside the store it still was cheaper and I asked her to honor the price that was marketed …. Cashier was polite and called the owner CHONG HO and she wanted to speak to me and I asked him to honor what he marketed…. Ordered Boneless Wings tossed in two different sauces and instead I received chicken nuggets coated in Buffalo sauce and lemon pepper. The fries were not crispy- soggy and not warm. I’ve been to other American deli locations plenty of times and was happy to have one in the neighborhood finally but I have never received nuggets in place of boneless wings. Then cover most of it with fries when you open the plate is wrong
The texture is totally different when you eat them and the sauce makes the nugget soft and soggy. Nuggets are not on the menu – so very disappointed this happened. It should have been shared that they were giving frozen chicken nuggets instead of boneless if they didn’t have boneless available at the time.

Horrible service! Paid for a combo with extra ranch. They didn’t give me the fries or ranch. I call at 9:30 to drive there. She said we leave in ten minutes although they don’t close until ten.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service I experienced at your American Deli location on 1508 GA-74 Ste 12, Tyrone, GA 30290 on April 11, 2024.
I called the restaurant at 8:45 PM to place an order, only to be informed that online orders were no longer being accepted. Despite this, I decided to visit the store in person, arriving at 8:52 PM, well within the advertised closing time of 9:00 PM. However, to my dismay, I was informed by Gabby that orders were no longer being accepted and that the store would close at 8:54 PM.
This inconsistency between the closing time advertised online and the actual closing time led to a wasted trip and inconvenience on my part. Had I been informed over the phone that orders would cease at 8:54 PM, I would have made alternative arrangements or visited another American Deli location closer to my home.
I understand the importance of adhering to closing times, but the lack of clarity and miscommunication in this situation reflects poorly on the customer service standards of your establishment. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and transparency regarding operational hours and order acceptance policies.
I hope this matter can be addressed promptly to prevent similar instances from occurring in the future. I look forward to your response and resolution of this issue.
