I came on 3/15/2025 around 5:30 and the young lady at the counter put me on hold when I walked in because she was on a PERSONAL call on her cellphone. Then proceeded to be rude to me and my husband. I ordered a 10 piece all flats, PAID, for all flats and recieved only 3 flats in my order. The girls behind the counter were talking about boys and personal problems. Just very unprofessional and clearly inattentive since they got the orders wrong. Boo

Went to this establishment and the girls working here were loud , as if they were at a Lil baby concert kicking it backstage like 1 of the guys , not the girls. Nothing was prissy or professional. Also,the dining area was filthy . Here are the pics and pay attention to the American deli sign attached to the counter at the bottom. COMPLETELY RATCHET!! time for the inspector to pay a visit. Totally unsanitary!

I ordered a 20 piece wings (sweet Asian heat) the sauce taste spoiled it’s like sweet and salty and like something bad it literally made me want to gag and taste weird I had my ranch all in the sause ♀️! Applebees has better wings and better quality please go try and take the hint .!

Highly disappointed. We pulled up at 9:45 PM only for who I will assume is the store manager to walk over and lock the door when the time that’s written on the door says they do not close until 10 PM.

This is not the location with the incident circulating on social media!!! I stopped by 8/01/25 and ordered a chicken Philly. The sandwich taste great and the wait was not long. The staff was very pleasant and the manager is very sweet!

Standard American Deli but the employees were so nice and even gave my teen advice for the upcoming school year. Quick service, clean tables and dining area. Food was good and hot.

I had to pick up from this location for door dash. I would not eat there myself The front counter is Atrocious. Been a restaurant manager my whole life. I would be absolutely ashamed to put my name on this. In the opinion of your customer , if the counter looks this bad. My god, what does the kitchen look like.
