If I could give this location ZERO STARS, I most certainly would! My husband placed a pickup order totaling almost $60 and we received the meals the fries were missing, and the 20 piece wing only has lemon pepper seasoning on the top 5 wings. We called up to the location and a man answered the phone and gave us a hard time about the missing fries and the quality of the food even after giving him the order number and time stamp on the damn receipt. This location has horrible customer service and poor quality of food. I will not be ordering from here again and I strongly advise any future customers from ordering from this location as well.

$18 for a 4 pc chicken tender plate w/ rice is outrageous.
The sweet tea is repulsive. You cannot drink it.
The service is extremely slow. For 3 plates it takes 35 minutes?!
Does not answer the phone, when asked in person they don’t take orders over the phone.

They were unable to decode/understand my autistic verbal cursive enough or didn’t know what tossing fries mean. So it was really complicated how my dead father got them to toss the fries but I can’t. I instead got drizzled fries instead. All I could think is that maybe my dad when he used to be around probably had a higher stat than me or that I was wording things wrong and should had try to tell them to try to toss the fries like they do with the wings.

Food is horrible today. No blue cheese. The other dressings are always expired. No cheese ,no oil ,chicken wings are cold. Fruit punch lemonade is not sweet.. I’ve never had this experience at this location! #somad

We ordered food from the afternoon rush thinking everything would be made fresh. It absolutely positively was not. While they got my order right the wings tasted premade…gross and the fries were cold in the middle and down right nasty. They put all the drums they could find no flats what so ever. I shouldve charged them for that just like they would me for all flats. For it to supposedly had been busy I totally confused on why we got old food instead of freshly made stuff. Won’t be back anytime soon

Went in today for what I hoped would be a quick and pleasant experience, but apparently asking for wings is asking for too much. The staff seemed like they were being punished just for showing up to work. I get it—maybe slinging lemon pepper wings all day isn’t everyone’s calling in life, but if you applied for the job, at least pretend to care. A smile won’t kill you. If customer service is too much to ask, maybe consider a career that doesn’t involve interacting with actual people. Until then, fake it like the rest of the world. You’re not curing cancer, you’re boxing up chicken.

I’m very frustrated with the way this store handles customer service—specifically phone calls. I’ve called more than 13 times in a row without anyone picking up. Eventually, I went to the store in person and, while standing inside, I called again. I could hear the phone ringing, and I saw that the employees were not busy at all—they simply chose to ignore the calls.

When I asked about it, one of the employees claimed they were “busy,” even though that clearly wasn’t the case. It honestly feels like they ignore the phone on purpose, which is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers trying to get help.

Having a phone line but intentionally choosing not to answer it—even when there’s nothing else going on—shows a serious lack of care and customer service. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed.
