The food itself was fine, but the customer service needs serious improvement. The cashier already had an attitude while I was placing my order and made a rude face when she couldn’t hear something I said. After finishing my order, she threw my change into my hand instead of handing it to me respectfully.
When my number was called, I wasn’t given time to check my receipt to confirm it was mine. As I was getting up, instead of waiting until I reached the register like most employees, she shouted across the restaurant asking whether I wanted lemon pepper or seasoned salt, clearly showing impatience and attitude. When I addressed her behavior, she was unapologetic and dismissive. Customer service like this will run customers away.

I am not pleased with the fact that my wings were hard today. I have noticed that the last couple of weeks that I ordered, the wings were already done and waiting for someone to place an order. They no longer cook to order. If you want them fresh you have to request it.

This is my favorite place in Griffin! They have delicious food they cook fresh to order. The lady that runs it makes her own Tzatziki sauce- which is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Very nice service! Highly recommended!

Just order a philly cheese steak from American deli north griffin.with no peppers no mushrooms. i get it home open it up and its more mushroom than meat. I will never waist my time or money at this location. In the picture you can see how much mushroom is at top of pic compared to the meat on the ripped off piece of sandwich. 3 parts mushroom 1part meat and i ask for no mushrooms

The food on the other hand… I ordered shrimp fried rice with 30 wings. The rice was very oily. Left your lips very greasy. I ended up throwing it away. The wings were hard, dry, and small. Extremely disappointed with how much everything cost.
