If you pay online or order delivery, your order will get pushed to the back to prioritize walk ins. I tried to call several times after my delivery driver sent me video proof of the owner ignoring my delivery driver even tho they were asking politely for the order or to even be acknowledged. I tried to call over 10xs trying to get the owner to make my order that i already paid for over an hour ago but he couldn’t bother to pay another person to help apparently. They are taking our money freely and not honoring the already paid customers lunch during lunch hours. Also the delivery person told me the oil they were using smelled burnt and old, i believe it bc I’ve gotten off tasting chicken wings before. They treat their customers like crap, its way overpriced than other local wing places like best wing and grill or even wingstop. This will be the last time i will ever order from this location. There is another American deli(owned by different people) open 24 hrs on peachtree industrial(5mins away)and ive never had a bad batch of wings from there. Go elsewhere,this location is failing at basic restaurant operation.

It’s a very nice spot. A lot newer and fresher than some of the other locations I have been to. We got wings, chicken tenders and a chicken Philly. All of it was really good! The wings we got lemon pepper dry. They were very good, cooked good and seasoned well. The size was a little disappointing. Some of the smallest wings I ever saw and the pricing did not reflect the size of the wings. The Philly was really good and I would go back just for that. We also got a side of fried rice no veggies and it tasted just like the hibachi restaurants. I’ll be back to this location again. Very happy with what we got.

Had a great experience at American Deli in Duluth. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, and the place is clean and well maintained. The food was fresh and delicious.

I’m not sure if they just changed management or not. But. I didn’t see the young lady i normally see in there. Plus the older Korean lady was rude with me when i asked is that all the ranch we get for 50 wings. She started counting like i was a kid. 1 dressing for every ten wings.
I was not happy about this visit. I wish that as a whole we stop supporting these Koreans with their smart mouths, we literally pay your bills to stay open to provide food. Stop being rude to your customers.
My order was 90 bucks to include taxes. For the list you see on the receipt. The wings were extremely salty. They had my order wrong. I asked for garlic hot. He basically gave me hot mixed sauce. When clearly that’s not what I asked for. For facts I probably won’t return to this location. They have a heavy amount of customers. I pass two locations within 3 miles from my house to come here, and the normal ppl who serve me were not there. The experience should not be what it was. There are plenty of places that serve good wings with good customer service.

So I was in the Duluth area off of Pleasant Hill, this American Deli used to be a Firehouse Subs long time ago. I must say they really transformed this place into a very nice atmospheric American Deli restaurant, I stopped in got some lunch, the food was fresh and delicious definitely better than most American delis I’ve been to on my side of town. Customer service was overall friendly and nice, so if I’m definitely in the Duluth area off of Pleasant Hill I’m definitely coming back to this spot again it’s totally worth it. Now I’m not sure what their evening business is like but if it’s anything like the morning / afternoon then you’re in for a treat.

American Deli has been well known for their chicken wings. Never came to this location. It’s located on Pleasant Hill Duluth. After working out at the park right across the street I bought wings and philly cheese steak for dinner. Their wings are awesome & went well with blue cheese. Their philly cheese steak was great. The entree came with a drink. The atmosphere is great. Very neat with a sporty ambiance. Awesome service, great food, & great price.

I usually go to location in Stone Mountain which is fantastic. Came to this location expecting same thing and am seriously disappointed. Small Grilled Chicken Salad at Stone Mountain is huge and can vinaigrette dressing. Pleasant Hill serving size is less than 1/2 and no salad dressing.

My husband and I are out of state, and we need something to eat. Stop by here just to try it out, order two wings combo, and we’re amazed how delicious these wings are. They’re tiny wings, I’ll admit, but overall, satisfy.

Excellent food. I love food and especially from a place named American deli. The food was great and the people, well the people are friendly. I had a cheese burger. It was cooked properly, the burger came with a combo of fries and a drink. The fries were crinkle fries and they are cooked to perfection. They weren’t soggy at all. I will be back again.
