This was a hot overpriced mess. The lemon pepper wings were tiny and nasty and acid-icy. And the Philly cheesesteak? Straight-up soggy with thin pieces of shaved mystery meat that somebody dipped it in wing sauce on purpose.
Definitely not worth my money. They gotta do better than this. This ain’t it. I’m done with the American Deli chain. Yuck!

Restaurant was packed tonight and I seen for myself tonight why that was . Food smelled and tasted so darn good! I forgot to take a picture . I blinked twice and my 20 piece wings & fries were gone it was so good. I usually don’t eat fries but those were the best damn fries seasoned real good and the wings oh lord . ANYWAYS DON’t THINK TWICE IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT SO GOOD!

I go to this American Deli at least once a week because I love their Sweet Chili wings. Food always come out fresh and hot. The employees are always so nice and welcoming. This American Deli is 20 minutes away from me but I’m always willing to make the drive because it’s so good and I KNOW they will deliver great customer service and food. Highly recommend!

First time I’ve eaten here. There were 3 of us and only one of us liked it. Tasteless but edible. Definitely not worth the money. My food looked pretty delicious. No, I won’t be back. I recommend seasoning the food. I am by no means picky. This was the Roswell location on Holcomb Bridge Road.

Price do not match the size of the wings. Fries are always hard. The only good thing is.They’re the only wing spot open late. But I keep getting small wings and hard fries. And I still come back, hoping that someday they’ll get it right.

This store is opened from 10am to 4am. So that only leaves six hours for all employees to home and if you been in there we’ll there’s probably less than ten employees that work there, I see the same people and they are always busy and if they are not as polite as you like well humm be greatful they are there for you.

I’m not sure if it was due to the meat rotation, especially since one of those times was during COVID, so I can’t fully blame them. However, the two times before that were pre-COVID, and I was completely healthy, so I’m not sure what happened. I also tried the boneless chicken—it looked good in the photo, but the pieces were much smaller in person. On the positive side, the fries are well-seasoned, and the fruit punch–lemonade mix is amazing. I’ve even stopped by just to get the drinks before heading to Chick-fil-A

This was my 1st time going to this location..I’ve been to a few American Deli restaurants..this one was not a good experience. The wings tasted stale and looked old. It also had a weird smell. I hope it allows me to post pics because these wings are nasty.. I had to throw them away.. waste of money

Pretty good food and it’s usually prepared in a timely manner. I often go late at night and the young lady that works the counter is pretty nice and efficient because they’re usually extremely busy when I go.

DISGUSTING! MY boyfriend and I ordered wings and cheesesteaks from this restaurant twice in one week and the first meals we ordered were a 4/10. The wings and fries were cold and soggy and and they charged $1.50 for bleu cheese although that is a condiment that should and does come with the $20 combo. We had to order again tonight because they were the only restaurant open after 12:30 am and the cheesesteaks we received were on hoagies that weren’t toasted, the bell peppers were uncooked and the cheese wasn’t melted. The nastiest sandwiches we have ever received, I ordered hot honey wings and received cold wings with no honey flavoring. This place charged us $50 on two separate occasions for food that was cold, undercooked and overall disgusting! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
