Spent around $50 to have the driest most lacking philly i ever encountered. Meat smelled horrible was dry and no veggies barely any cheese. order was wrong, wings tasted ok but the food overall made our stomachs turn for some reason. My family and I will never be returning. Is indeed hit and miss. One thing in business top rule of thumb is consistency. I haven’t had major issues from this location other than sometimes them skimping on their Philly meat selection and gyro meat. I’m notice they change their brand of fries to a smaller and cheaper brand. And one thing that stands out to me in this review section is they only respond to the five-star reviews or positive reviews the owner never responds to negative reviews addressing the issue. Which tells me there that they only receive praise and turn away from constructive criticism. That’s a sign of hubris and their company and their attitude towards the customers. Other post you see reviews and the owner responds to the negative reviews as well as the positive reviews. Seeing this company not do that today actually made my decision from ordering from them today or not. I’ll get McDonald’s instead.

The foods presentation is VERY hit or miss. Sometimes it’s well made with adequate ingredients other times it’s thrown together and skimp.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Menu item that I was looking for was available, it just needs to be more with the meal. I ordered the three piece fish meal. (Not for me, I’m Vegan) They asked if I wanted it crispy or soft. Crispy of course. The ppl enjoyed the meal.

I gave it a second chance and was still disappointed. The first time all toppings, a squirter of sauce and little meat on my gyro. Came back and got a Philly cheesecake and the same thing! It’s just filled with peppers, onions, and mushrooms! With little pieces of meat! Smh! Won’t be back to this location
