I come here very often, they are always nice and on point. In the back booger is very helpful. He always cooks well and everytime I come and see him cooking, I know the food will be great, I always get 15 pc wing meal, and the wings are great, meal is great, they never make a problem with you. I placed 2 separate orders with Kierra and she was so sweet and patient. She was really handling her business by servicing the front desk, displaying food for pickup and answering the phone. She apologized nut it wasn’t necessary. She is has excellent customer service skills.

Just stopped by here on my way home to NC and the place is good! It was clean and the service was really fast. I did go in at 1115 when it had just opened.
My food looks and smells good! We don’t have American Deli in NC so I definitely wanted to stop before leaving Atlanta.

This is my home American Deli , been coming here for years I let it slide a few times , but the females that was working 12/23 @9 PM / closing shift & the last couple of times I’ve been there needs to do better. I don’t know how yall are raised but talking & laughing OVER PEOPLES food is DISRESPECTFUL ! My cup had a hole in it , it leaked out in my car otw home. & that’s after the fact I had to remind them we orders 2 large drinks & she didn’t even hear me the 1st time I asked because how loud they were laughing. I ordered through DoorDash instead of assisting a customer that’s literally in front of you they’re talking to other people , laughing over our food. I love the owners , I hope all is well in the future, but I’d rather drive an extra 15 mins to a different American Deli.

I ordered a 15 piece wing half hot and hot lemon pepper dry with fries. They send me all hot wings that were PINK ON THE INSIDE and not FULLY cooked. They aren’t even cooking the food all of the way through and they were super soggy! I have never ordered from an American deli that are giving customers uncooked food that could food poison them! I will never in my life order from this place again!

I called to place a pick up order about 45 minutes before closing. Some people can be a little rude when calling that close to closing but the woman that answered was beyond nice. Very pleasant to place an order with her. It was for my 12 year old so he went inside to pick up his food and pay. He was treated well which also doesn’t always happen when people see a kid. The woman asked him if he wanted his fries seasoned and then seasoned them to his liking. My son returned to the car with a big smile and told me the woman was the nicest he’s ever met. He added that he and his friends will be door dashing in the future from that location because it was clean inside too. The food was fresh. My son got a 10 wing combo and said the food was, in his words, “bus”. 10 out of 10 for us and we will be ordering from here in the future. My only regret was not getting the kind woman’s name.

Service is really good, but the food is awful, I used to work across the street next to the one in Decatur and they were good, but the gyro sauce here is really off and today I had a small “grilled” chicken salad, it was so weird, like u would think grilled chicken breast, nope, it’s chopped up griddled thin tiny slices of chicken, honestly disgusting. I can’t believe I paid 11 dollars for something I literally threw out after tasting.

The staff is very friendly and the place is extremely clean! The food was good by comparison to other American Deli places nearby. American Deli, as a chain, hasn’t been good in recent years, but I’m glad I stopped by this one. I definitely will again.
