Everything tasted well seasoned, but the wings were ridiculously small. I ordered a 50-piece order for a gathering, and I was thoroughly disappointed. This isn’t the first time either. Here’s your warning.

Disappointed with the food as of recently. My family and I are huge American Deli fans and have been for the longest. We’ve got the same order each time at least once a month( sometimes even twice) and pay $70 each time. We supported this American Deli for 7 years. A few years ago when it went under new management, we were hesitant to see if the food would change. The food was amazing and continued for years up until a few months ago. The house rice was the first thing that was eaten. My family was obsessed ! Literally the best rice we ever had. However, the last 3-4 times we’ve got the rice, the taste has definitely changed. It’s flavorless and taste nothing like it use to. They need to bring back the old cook or stick to the old recipe. Paying $11 for rice and it doesn’t even taste good and ends up being thrown away. I really hope the manager sees this and change the rice back. The wings are also fairly small but still taste good.

This American Deli location provided me with great customer service. My wings and Chicken Philly were tasty and cooked to perfection. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a bit tricky due to location and traffic so it’s best to go to the light.

I’ve ordered here one time at least 3 times in a row. I had their wings, honey gold, bbq,and lemon pepper. I’ve also had their fried fish . Each time the food was hot and fresh and just what I expected. I had the food delivered so I’m not sure if the atmosphere inside the place. The customer service was through a dasher and not the actual establishment. However my food order was correct and had everything I requested. It was also delivered on time

The girl at the counter is always sweet and helpful. Never rude. It’s best to come at this location early since they do get busy. I always get my wings fried hard and they are almost always cooked to my liking.

Ordered a 30 piece. The wings were old. You could taste the old flavor in them., tiny as ever, the 30 piece supposed to came with a free small fry and I also ordered an additional medium fry spent $37 and some change only to get home with no ranch dressing and no small fry nor medium fry

Store is pretty clean. They have good music playing. I ordered my food and realized the prices are ok but a tad higher than some places. But not terrible. My 10 piece wing combo was ready in less than 3 minutes. Wasn’t mad about that but my fries weren’t super hot and kinda old. Their Family Gold sauce is pretty good.

I came in tonight I’m a local regular customer Brody was very great with his customer service however Marlin or Marilyn the Mexican guy in the back denied my request I always come in and get a 10-piece Wing off last extra crispy the wings were just sitting and my mail was ready and 1 1/2 minutes when I know it takes 20 minutes for chicken to be cooked and he told me I couldn’t have what I wanted when I usually get this every time I was very displeased with the service tonight I know they’re rushing but you should not take a chance on your customer service just to try to get out

I have to say, this probably would have been 4 star, if I hadnt been to the Snellville location so often. I ordered the Philly, and it was pretty good. However, the one at the Snellville location is quite literally twice as big. The one I got here was all bread. In fact, if you look at the picture I included, you would be hard-pressed to know what kind of sandwich it was. The wings were just as good as the other location. But if you want a Philly, I would suggest the Snellville location, or Philly Connection down the road in Loganville
