One thing I love about this restaurant is the seasoning on the fries, so when I seen this little,little,little bit I was not happy any other American deli would let u put as much as u want on ur fries! The Philly was aalllrightt!! Burnt but not hard or anything.

First: Poor customer service with the young kids with all the edges in the world. Everything was salty!! We got a cheesesteak sub combo and a buffalo wing combo.The wings were fried so hard there was no meat inside.. Both meals were salty as hell. This used to be my favorite location. It seems the cook is new. The wings were undercooked. I was shorted a wing. With two orders, I got one dressing and no celery.

So far, the food that I’ve ordered has been consistent in regard to taste/quality. I dont expect super high quality when it comes to fast food places and such so the service/food at this particular place is on par for what I’d expect: decent service, food and atmosphere. The cashier was nice. Place was clean. Plenty of seating/parking, no long wait.

Hardest American deli to get in touch with in history. But the food is usually pretty good when you finally reach them. I like that the food is ready upon arrival instead of the ones that start cooking when you get there (even after calling ahead). Staff is typically nice. My husband loves the beef Philly and I usually eat wings or chicken tenders.
