I’ve ordered from this restaurant twice, and both times I became very ill afterward. The first time, I wasn’t sure if it was the food, but now I’m certain. It had an off smell, appeared stale, and I was sick the next day. I can’t recommend eating here based on my experience.

Heads up to customers who order from this American Deli: this location allows delivery drivers to prepare customer drinks instead of having staff handle and properly seal them. Drinks are supposed to be sealed before pickup, but that isn’t happening here. Additionally, the customer service is noticeably lacking — the staff and cashiers are consistently rude and unprofessional.

Every time the 8 pcs shrimp it’s fried hard not crispy. The cocktail sauce tastes like astringent, sprite -flat, and the wings are subpar… crispy doesn’t meant fry all the meat out of the wings SMH just consistently not that great.

Staff is lazy and unprofessional. I called over the phone to order the lady said that we had to come in and place an order which was fine. However, I arrive at 9:00 she said that they were only doing wings and fries. I feel like she should’ve communicated that over the phone and then had an attitude. Not to mention the store didn’t close until 10pm I feel like they just already cleaned the grill and wanted to close early but customer service is everything to me and I won’t be back.

Employees know me by name as soon as i walk in. I often have odd requests and they always accommodate me. (i like my burger plain with toppings on the side). The girls (and guys) are always really nice. When they are busy… they all seem to have less time to talk but are still always very polite. my favorite American Deli on the East side

Very Unprofessional & Rude!!! Sick of going to places to pick up orders for U er and encounter rude staff who are lazy . into ppl who do not know Just a warning for anyone purchasing food from this American Deli: delivery drivers are being asked to prepare drinks, and the drinks are not sealed before pickup as they should be. This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff and cashiers at this location have a pattern of rude and unprofessional behavior, unlike other American Deli branches.

this location is the absolute worst. The girl at the front has the worst attitude known to man if you call they have a attitude if you go inside, they have a attitude they made one up mistake and I asked for a re-delivery and the girl kept cutting me off over the phone and getting smart so I just let it go got my refund anyway lol .

I called to place an order over the phone at 8:54 the cashier answered and said (we not taking no more orders over the phone you can come in and place an order). Got there at 9:10 just for us to walk in the door and the cashier says we are only serving wings and fries? I could understand if it was 9:30 or closer to closing time witch is 10pm but a whole hour early ? You lost at least 5 paying customers. Very disappointed and was un able to order due to them only serving wings and fries.

The staff is always nonchalant. They barely speak. The restaurant isn’t that clean to me an they have at least four or more men working in the kitchen looking like they sweating. My daughter like this location for some reason . But this visit she said the food was pure d nasty. For two combos 10 pieces it’s $30 dollars and some change. The cashier’s are often talking to each other or doing something why they suppose to be taking your order an if you don’t tip they don’t say thank you. The young guy that works there is just had rude as the other two young lady’s and act like he is working so hard opening your food in front of other customers. Either way the food was nasty it was like 30 minutes to closing time I ask for every to be crisp. But the honey hot wings barely had sauce on them the fries were cold and nothing is crisp. I told my daughter I didn’t want any they just don’t look that clean to me .I told her I will not spend anymore of my money there. She said she is not going back her food was nasty cold and the wings were too small and didn’t taste right. She gave her food to our dogs
