This place used to be amazing food, but lately what’s happening with the taste of the food? Today I called and spoke to some lady and I couldn’t understand a word she was saying but I told her twice that I only wanted a cheeseburger with only cheese and mayonnaise only and my man went up there to pick up the order and they didn’t show him like they usually do they just had it in the bag and he got it and as soon as he gave it to me as he’s home I noticed that this is not what I ordered I’m allergic to everything she had put on. I look at the receipt and she did not listen to me when I said all I wanted was “only mayonnaise nothing else” she put on the receipt “all” meaning that fill it up with whatever, I’m allergic so I threw it away, I did eat the fries the fries with disgusting, I will not be returning get somebody who speaks freaking English to understand when someone calls. I’m a regular customer.

Ordered through 3rd party delivery service. Driver waited a long time to pickup the order. When it arrived, the items were correct. We ordered a chicken philly, steak philly with lettuce and tomatoes, and 10pc bbq combos. This location doesn’t have honey hot or honey bbq flavors. The steak philly contained more mushrooms than steak, peppers, and onions combined. There was a dash of seasoning on the fries. Overall, It was okay but I probably wouldn’t order from this location again.

Everything at this American Deli location is so good. I can get anything and guarantee that they will satisfy me. I don’t want to go to any other location because I want it to taste like this location. The service is good and the food is always fresh. Never disappoints.

I’ve chosen this American deli over any other restaurants in it cost me $75 dollars worth of food that end up being a waste of money. Food is dry. Wings are double dipped in the people there to answer. The phone are very disrespectful impatient and I don’t consider them loving their job. I will never eat here at my lowest McDonald’s better than this if you ask me

I was their only customer at the time. Store wasn’t clean and their pre-cook wings sitting above the grease. The food ended up being Nasty. The fries were reheat and nasty dried and hard. There were cup holder for customers use on top of the trash can.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I order 15 wings and fries. The wings wasn’t fresh they were old and refried. I have never eaten wings so hard and burnt in my life. I called the store to do a simple do over, she said I had to bring the food back. Lady I stay 15 miles away. I asked if we can to it the next day. She said she still needed the food brought back “Really”

I will not be back I go here all the time and I asked for this a small salad with nothing but lettuce and crumbs of chicken the lil girl at counter was rude I asked for Ketchup clearly because it was none in container she so busy on her phone she brushes me off and say it’s over there!! If it was I wouldn’t be asking!!! I’m done!! This is what my food look like!! All this lettuce and NOOOOOO MEAT I will say thank you to the older lady for trying to be nice

I highly recommend! I’ve tried everything on the menu and haven’t been disappointed yet! I love the variety of foods ! And the staff is alway friendly and they cook your food fresh! They even make sure you check your food before you leave . Believe me you will not be disappointed.

Never been to an American Deli, tried it because other restaurants in area (looking at you Jack) had no dining room open.
Sandwich was quick, made to order, Counterman opened my box to show me my order and confirm it was right. I saw him do this with other orders too.
Reuben was tasty, good bread, lots of beef and kraut.
