My kids and I have been wanting to try this place for some time now. We finally made it there today. We ordered the Reuben combo, Philly combo, Wings combo and I ordered a side of fried shrimp. My daughter loves wings and she said that she enjoyed the mild wings that she got. My son got the garlic parmesan wings. I like dry rub wings so when I saw that it was wet, I knew I wasn’t going to like it. I tried it and yes, I didn’t like it. My son and daughter said that it was very flavorful. My daughter’s mild wings were dryer than the garlic parmesan so I thought it tasted ok. My rueben sandwich had a good amount of corned beef and sauerkraut. It was a pretty filling sandwich that I only ate half of it. The fries come unseasoned but they have seasoning in the front of the counter of things that you can add to put on your fries. The winner for me was the fried shrimp. It came with cocktail sauce. It was super crunchy and it just paired real well with the cocktail sauce. The drinks were refillable and they had other choices other than coke products on the fountain machine. The workers were friendly and the place was clean. The prices weren’t overly priced. My kids and I would definitely come back here again.

This service here is really horrible. The young lady at the counter with the purple locs has a really nasty attitude. I understand you do not have to be happy at work but the attitude, low tone and refusal to provide any form of respectful, acceptable customer service is minimum. Not saying excuse me when walking past me and my son, slamming items and just an overall unfriendly mood. Tried to be cheerful to encourage her to smile and she gave me a blank stare and said “no, what can I get you” At first I just laughed, but after that she was rolling her eyes and it made me not even want to order again.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered from here and there was a bug halfway dead in my food! I didn’t see it until I was opening the ranch Contacted the health department already. I’m sick to my stomach over this.

Wow is all I can say. For an establishment that has been here for this long. I am surprised people are not talking about these cheese-steak sandwiches.

Shrimp fried rice was very good. I didn’t care for the wings at all. The lemon pepper wings were terrible no words to describe the taste. The hot wings were ok.
Food is pricey. I agree with others that the wings are small. Customer Service is everything and they have an awesome team and cashiers. The customer service made the overall experience very pleasant.

The lady that took my order was very nice and patient. This was my first time visiting. Omg the food was absolutely delicious! The fried rice was super flavorful, and the wings were crispy/crunchy. I can’t wait to try other menu options!

This place has good food but the service is so bland like the atmosphere of the restaurant. I came on a Thursday after work around 5pm to order for them to tell me the cook who is also the manager left to go to the store? Lol so they couldn’t fix my order. Come to find out the manager is at Target as if their business is closed for the day. It actually made me laugh because at this point why are the doors open if nobody is here to cook the food. They honestly didn’t seem to care that nobody was there to cook, but why blame them when the manager doesn’t care. Overall food is good, customer service sucks.

I will never eat here again….i have food poisning from eating here i had got lemon pepper wings and fries the wings tasted weird the fries was soggy it was disgusting….after eating a few hours later i began to experience horrible stomach pains and then i threw it up now
Im fighting these stomach pains and nausea….my partner had got terayki wings and chicken fried rice and the chicken inside the rice tasted raw it was slimy….very disgusting and the cups where dirty… I asked for a new cup before leaving but then the new one was dirty as well……

When we first moved here a year ago this was my favorite place, but the last two time it’s been HORRIBLE. We ordered from here last week spent 60$ and the food was terrible..gave it another try Thursday and waited over 45 minutes to get our food, people were coming in and out and getting their food but not us . The woman who took our order was polite but she said it was due to the size of our order and to top it off food was missing and the wings again were TERRIBLE. They did make the fries that he forgot to make and we showed respect to the older guy who apologized for not making everything correctly but they definitely need to tighten up! The customer service is always good but the food quality has gone downhill, they have even changed the type of fries . We spend too much money for that quality of food

The food is cooked to perfection. It’s not too greasy nor old. I had the shrimp and chicken wings myself and will try it over and over. I wasn’t fond of the idea to cater a birthday party during covid, but most others practiced social distancing.
