Fabulous coffee shop in Owens Crossroads. Serving quality coffee from Chattanooga roaster. Croissants are made in house. Pleasant atmosphere. Soft jazz music playing during my visit. Not visible from the primary roads but easily accessed from Hwy 431 or old Hwy 431 near Publix.

I go to this coffee shop pretty much every day, and it never disappoints. The staff is always super friendly, the vibe is relaxed, and the coffee is consistently great. It’s one of those places that just feels easy to be in—whether I’m rushing in for a quick pick-me-up or actually have a minute to sit down. Definitely my favorite spot.

Best coffee in Huntsville, hands down. The employees are all super kind & the coffee way better than other coffee shops around here. Super chic and chill spot to hang out for a bite and some caffeine. Always happy to support local business over the big chains. Their pumpkin spice latte is my favorite! 10/10 will come again

To my knowledge, there’s never been a coffee shop in the cross roads where you can sit down and quietly have a cup of coffee. I’m not a fancy coffee drinks person but the regular coffee here is great. Most shops around town sell coffee that tastes burnt. Even gas station coffee is usually better. This place has some good coffee. Ill drive down from new hope to get it from now on. Had a bacon and egg pastry that was fresh and hot. Very nice breakfast.

This is the second time I have tried this coffee shop. I only tried them again because the best coffee shop around (Mudslingers) was closed for the holidays. First time was a cold brew and this time was a latte. Both drinks, including my wife’s, are always wattered down tasting. Everything we have had seems to be mostly flavoring and milk or water. My latte this morning just tasted like sweet milk. No espresso. My wife said the same thing about her coffee. It’s a nice store with lots of seating and memorabilia for sale. This is another store like Starbucks that asks you for a tip on the touch screen before even receiving the product. I avoid places like this. I won’t go back for these reasons.
Update: I don’t understandstand your reply. I don’t own a small business. I am not affiliated with any coffee shop. You can’t just assume all the bad reviews are competitive shops. I can come back in person and provide any information that you feel like you need in order to prove that I don’t own or have stake in any coffee business. I can be there tomorrow morning. I am just a customer. Look at my other reviews. Do I also own all of those types of companies? I didn’t insult your food or staff because they were nice and I never had the food. However, the coffee is awful. Four different drinks with the same problem. Didn’t even taste like coffee or espresso was a part of the recipe. Instead of assuming you know me or think I’m a competitor, just ignore my review and move on. This is just one person’s opinion. There are clearly several other loyal customer you have on these reviews, so some people do like it. Best of luck to the business. Honestly, I can swing by and talk whenever you want.

I’ve tried this place twice, I got a shaken espresso the first time, although I’m not the biggest ice coffee drinker because it gets water down, it was hot and decided to try it. I couldn’t finish it due to the taste where I got a mouth full of acid and of course that watered-down flavor.

I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt today where I got a hot pumpkin spice latte with 2% milk. Can’t even taste the pumpkin. It tastes of low quality beans where it’s full of acid. Even McDonald’s coffee or drinking a low quality maxwell coffee taste better.

There is no strength or boldness of the espresso, just bitterness.

Although, the coffee is not the best, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff is nice which is why it’s not a 1 star.

Right now, this place gets my lowest rating on my list of coffee drinks as I can’t recommend.

Cozy space to grab some drip and get a few reports done. Or have a quick meeting. Great variety of food and drink options.

My husband and I went to Amelia’s twice now.
Our first time was not so good, we both got iced coffee, he didn’t like it but I thought it was okay and needed ALOT more to taste like anything more than it was (very light flavoring).

Today we went to give it a second chance and this was the worst of it.
I ordered an apple pie latte (hot) and he got a pumpkin spice latte (hot).
Service was fine and quick (only because it was empty).

We tasted our coffee and there was absolutely no flavoring, just tasted like straight up coffee (low quality, watered down, and bitterness tasting), which was disappointing as it was a little more than $15.

Never tried the food here, but I highly recommend everyone to go to Mudslingers for coffee instead.
