Update: I don’t understandstand your reply. I don’t own a small business. I am not affiliated with any coffee shop. You can’t just assume all the bad reviews are competitive shops. I can come back in person and provide any information that you feel like you need in order to prove that I don’t own or have stake in any coffee business. I can be there tomorrow morning. I am just a customer. Look at my other reviews. Do I also own all of those types of companies? I didn’t insult your food or staff because they were nice and I never had the food. However, the coffee is awful. Four different drinks with the same problem. Didn’t even taste like coffee or espresso was a part of the recipe. Instead of assuming you know me or think I’m a competitor, just ignore my review and move on. This is just one person’s opinion. There are clearly several other loyal customer you have on these reviews, so some people do like it. Best of luck to the business. Honestly, I can swing by and talk whenever you want.
I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt today where I got a hot pumpkin spice latte with 2% milk. Can’t even taste the pumpkin. It tastes of low quality beans where it’s full of acid. Even McDonald’s coffee or drinking a low quality maxwell coffee taste better.
There is no strength or boldness of the espresso, just bitterness.
Although, the coffee is not the best, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff is nice which is why it’s not a 1 star.
Right now, this place gets my lowest rating on my list of coffee drinks as I can’t recommend.
Our first time was not so good, we both got iced coffee, he didn’t like it but I thought it was okay and needed ALOT more to taste like anything more than it was (very light flavoring).
Today we went to give it a second chance and this was the worst of it.
I ordered an apple pie latte (hot) and he got a pumpkin spice latte (hot).
Service was fine and quick (only because it was empty).
We tasted our coffee and there was absolutely no flavoring, just tasted like straight up coffee (low quality, watered down, and bitterness tasting), which was disappointing as it was a little more than $15.
Never tried the food here, but I highly recommend everyone to go to Mudslingers for coffee instead.
