Birria lovers listen up. I stopped by Amelia’s Taqueria at Assembly and it absolutely delivered. The birria tacos were so good, packed with flavor and perfectly cooked meat that really stands out. The level of customization here is impressive and makes it easy to get exactly what you’re craving. I’m already planning my next visit because I definitely need that birria in burrito form.
And the cheesecake burrito deserve their own moment. Truly a genius invention and something I’ll be thinking about until the next time I’m back for another bite. Overall this is a solid to go spot that hits the mark. 8 out of 10.

Not very good. Ordered 2 chicken tacos to go. It wasn’t even 10 minutes before I started eating and food was very cold. J had no way of heating up food. Chicken had no flavor.
In response to the owner below, your response is defensive and lacks accountability. Did you taste the chicken that was served to me? If you did and you think the chicken that was served to me was properly seasoned, then you have bigger problems. Also, in 10 minutes, hot food shouldn’t taste like it came out of a refrigerator no matter how cold it is outside. Obviously, I won’t be ordering food from here or any other location.

My husband and I stumbled upon this place by accident. We will be back! I had the spicy chicken burrito bowl, it was delicious! And the staff were so nice! Highly recommend ❤️

I visited Amelia’s Taqueria last week, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and authentic—exactly what I was hoping for. The ambiance was cozy and vibrant, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a great meal. The service was impeccable; the staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From start to finish, everything was top-notch! I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning soon.

Food is mediocre, they forgot my steak. Actually they started making my burrito when I walked in(I ordered on app), and I got my vegetable chimichanga 10 minutes late
Edit – 10 min late, as in it was later than the promised time. Although the next time I walked in, I had a satisfactory experience. Recommend ordering in person

I went there because chipotle was closed (Easter Sunday) and I’m glad I did. The food was delicious and flavorful. The two men at the front were friendly and welcoming. Next time I’m in the area I’m definitely coming back.
