Stick to takeout. Food here is pretty basic comfort food. Service is nice but I have doubts on cleanliness.

I’ve been wanting to leave a review for their pizzas which are comfortingly good when fresh. We’ve been ordering takeout for a couple of years now. Unfortunately I’m leaving a review now because I’m so dumbfounded by our first dine-in experience here.

We ordered 2 large pizzas and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo that includes a small garlic bread. We decided to get a fountain drink since it was myself, my husband and our three little ones.

She proceeds to tell me the prices for each size – small $1.99, medium $2.99 and large $3.99. I asked if there were refills and was told they give one refill. I ordered a large lemonade. We finished it and I get up to ask for the refill. They fill the cup 3/4 up. I begin to walk away and see my family.. I decide I should turn back and ask if they can fill it to the top. The gentleman replies that he can fill it to the top for an additional $2 charge. 1/4 of the top of a large equates to the price of a small fountain drink. I’m confused and ask to make sure. He repeats what he said and so I decline.

I’m leaving a review because I honestly don’t understand where the loss occurs when pouring one refill to the brim.

I had a frustrating experience with this place. First, it was very difficult to understand the person taking my order over the phone—his English was unclear, and the communication was poor. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be half cheese and half cheese with pepperoni. When I arrived to pick it up, the order was wrong.

One of the other employees pointed out the mistake, and instead of correcting it calmly, the man got defensive and responded with an attitude, saying, “This is why I asked you twice.” I had him on Bluetooth, and everyone in my car clearly heard me place the correct order. We all struggled to understand anything he said, and after the call ended, we were all confused and frustrated.

Between the poor customer service, rude attitude, and incorrect order, I won’t be coming back here again.

Ordered mozzarella sticks. Probably the worst sticks I have ever had. I say sticks because they had no mozzarella inside. The antipasto salad didn’t have fresh iceberg lettuce. The pastrami sandwich had very little meat. I didn’t order a pizza but after seeing these ingredients in what I did order…Not worth it. You will be disappointed go somewhere else.

Also, while I was waiting for my order this poor lady and son had been waiting for their order since I had arrived. She got up to ask if it was almost ready and they hadn’t even started making it. She said she had called it in around 2:20pm and it was 3:15pm. I felt so bad for them. They left empty handed and got her money back.
After she left the staff and manager where laughing at her remarks. The lady was not rude to the staff at all. She had expressed her frustration and said she was very disappointed and kindly asked for her money back from cashier and asked to speak with the manager. Very sad to see staff and manager be so careless and rude. Won’t be coming back after seeing how they treat customers.

let me tell you something: sauce and cheese way better then what youll get at your dominos or your papa johns or your whateers but the dough was alright not good but not bad, most importantly the underside wasnt marbled like a good pizza so for that reason i am out
