Incredible homemade food, huge portions, varied menu, craft cocktails, and very reasonable prices makes Amber Oaks my new favorite restaurant. The table shared soup, spicy vegetarian spring rolls with habenoro dip that was sweet and spicy, yummy rolls, beautifully prepared lightly breaded large perch, crispy fries, freshly pounded chicken parm, and angel hair pasta with homemade marinara. We are not light eaters and still had leftovers to take home. Cocktail for dessert. Lots of friendly staff and no rush out the door. Highly recommend.

A true hidden gem! Went for a Cajun experience during Mardi Gras. The decorations were lively. The food was a combination of Louisiana-flavored goodness. Properly made and served in great quantity. The drinks were cold and delivered with a smile. A great place with a great atmosphere, great food, and fun, friendly service. I will come back for more!

We walked in and sat at the bar for date night. If you do, ask for Stacey, she was great. Super friendly and easy to get along with, I asked for 2 different spontaneous drinks and she delivered, she recommended the veal ramano and it was very good. A lot of the food items are made in house. She knows her stuff. Give her a raise!

Went for their chicken paprikash only to find out it was not on the menu that evening. The food we ordered was tasty and the waitress came back and made arrangements with us for later in the month when we could come back. They are going to make the chicken paprikash that night for us! Now thats customer service. We cant wait to try it. We’ve heard it delicious!

Four of us were there last night for dinner our first time. Our compliments to the chef. All of our meals were perfect. My friend had the filet mignon it was cooked perfectly I had the filet marsala. It was one of the best meals I have ever had. I am 75 and first time I ever really got a steak medium rare exactly as I ordered. I loved the atmosphere and our server was amazing looking forward to coming out for dinner on the patio in the spring summer

Came in to this nice restaurant for some Lake Erie Perch for dinner. The dinner was very good and the service was “excellent”. Kim was our waitress, and she was attentive and funny. I enjoyed the meal and the service very much. I will make sure to come back on my next trip to N. Ohio.

This is one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. First, our waitress was amazing and really took care of us without being intrusive. The garlic soup had us scrambling for a recipe. My friend had the scallops and is still smiling. The creamy artichoke chicken was unctuously fantastic, and my husband’s marsala was delightful. Good value for the price. Would definitely recommend highly.
