Normally a great bar, but the bartender that was working on Memorial Day should be fired for her dismissive, unprofessional, and nasty personality. She flagged me and actually called the police on me after I said i wouldn’t put money in the juke box at such a low volume. VERY disappointed. Despicable behavior.

Girlfriend brought a coffee inside and the bartender didn’t tell us to take it outside…. Instead they just confiscated it and threw it away without warning.
Edit: When I came back to visit the bar that i have been coming to for years, the older woman with blond hair who works Friday nights came to me in a very frantic and insulting way about my 3 star review from my prior experience here. If my friends and I ever choose to come back, it will be a day she does not work here. I wish I could give it a 5 star again, but that unprofessional aggressive behavior was extremely uncalled for and it makes the company (bar) look bad.

Me. Been to worse places, but this one definitely could of been better. Wouldn’t let my A.D.A. certified service animal in to begin with despite me having all the credentials with me. Original bartender made us feel like we were a burden, and couldn’t remember what we ordered during her short walk to go get it. Had to tell my company to not say anything The 2nd bartender was very good though, and he made up for a lot. Food choices weren’t very good. Lots of unhealthy choices; most, if not all fried food.

Great bartenders, good clientele. Good music, REALLY good food (try their cheesesteaks). It’s the one place in Doylestown where people can relax and just completely be themselves. They have karaoke on Fridays and it’s always a great time.

Tucked away on Doyle st it seems like a hidden gem . only stopped in for a drink. Reasonably priced .. I saw pool tables and a kitchen …some games . They have takeout and its Definately an Eagles bar from what I could tell which was comforting. Looks like they have good bud specials during games. Plenty of tvs including a big screen . something tells me on Eagles game day afternoon this place is packed.

This is advertised as a billiards bar. I’m a native american, 22yr navy vet and C&N bank member. I was thrown out for not drinking enough alcohol in the afternoon. The bar was empty at the time. My friends and I spent $4k later that night. We will never return to the Amber Inn.
