Ambiance was decent, I liked the music. We were the only people in the restaurant, most of their service appeared to be DoorDash. Standard Indian cuisine, unfortunately very bland imo. We ordered the chicken tikka masala (taste was ok), shrimp vindaloo(Meh), and vegetarian korma (no flavor, spice, and majority peas). Service was good, the waiter was very attentive and nice. Not my fav Indian spot (prefer Little India), but would try again.

I got chicken boneless biryani. The taste is very worst. And it’s not a biryani. It’s like some chicken fried rice. And I asked them ..no need raitha ..but extra salan instead of that. But they did not gave me nothing . No raitha ..no salan.

This place is a total gem for Indian food lovers! The moment I walked in, the warm, spicy aroma made me feel like I was in India. I ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan, and both were incredible—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The samosas as an appetizer were crispy and packed with flavor, and the lamb curry was tender and delicious. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable, which is always a win. The staff was friendly and attentive, though the service was a bit slow, probably because it was busy. The only downside was that the place is pretty small, so finding a table during peak hours can be a challenge. But honestly, the food more than made up for it. If you’re craving authentic Indian flavors, this is the spot!

This was a lovely experience. My girlfriend and I were served by a lovely woman by the name of Anam. She was soft spoken, thoughtful, kind and patient with us all throughout the experience. Our table was cleared promptly and she was quite attentive, asking all the right questions, at appropriate times, without ever interrupting our experience or intruding.

The restaurant offers water at the start of the meal and customers are given a choice between ice or no ice. This was fantastic for my girlfriend who doesn’t like ice in her products. Most restaurants don’t offer that kind of courtesy. The next option is a choice between regular or garlic naan. We chose garlic naan—best choice ever! It was amazing!

We got the lunch buffet and a soft drink. In total, we paid about $18 per person for lunch and beverage.

The buffet was chocked full of good food. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the way they stored the rice on the buffet, using plastic wrap to portion out what’s exposed to the light, meant they could keep it fresher longer. All the food was delightfully flavorful, not too overpowering, not too salty, and not too spicy. The only dish that wasn’t up to par was the chicken tikka masala, where the chicken was a little dry/overcooked, but we’re talking about a 95% success rate here, where all the other dishes had tender fall off the bone, juicy meat, and/or brilliant flavor.

While I was taking pictures, Anam’s husband, Rikki, informed me that the lunch buffet’s menu changes all the time. So the pictures provided may not reflect what is available on the day you choose to visit.

Between the service, the food, and the fair pricing, this place was a steal and I am definitely going back.

If you’ve got the privilege to try their goat curry, I highly recommend it.

Thank you, Rikki and Anam for a wonderful dining experience. Hope to see you two again in the near future!

Pictures provided are of the happy couple, the buffet and a look at some of the stuff I got to try while I was there.

Amber Indian just won my whole heart. Saturday lunch buffet and I basically tried everything and loved it all. The garlic naan? Delicious. Mango custard? I’d come back just for that. Staff was on it, and you can tell people are regulars. I’m already planning my next visit. Highly recommend!

9/11 The Wife and myself stopped by about 1:30 today. We like good Indian food, however we only do the buffet. This is because we do not know what to order off the menu. You can’t go wrong with a buffet, it may not offer everything but you can try a little of it all and decide what you like best. Drink plenty of water with your meal some of the curries can make you sweat. Water goes better with this food than soda. Overall we liked it here, nice place decent food. Worthy of a return trip.

Look at the quality of food … No spoon , no napkins .. who taught you guys to open a restaurant if you have no experience about the things those are needed to eat food .. Never order again from this location… Expired food taste bad .. trash .. not safe for health

Great food and attentive service. I love the vindaloo with lamb or chicken and the garlic naan bread. The free chip breads (not sure what the actual name is) with the 3 different toppings/dips is delicious as a 1st course. Top it off with a nice beer and you’re set.

We came in 30 mins before the lunch buffet closed. We were the only customers in there and were barely greeted when we asked the price of the buffet. 12.99 + tax.

I could tell the food was old and they weren’t refilling anything. Our waiter asked if we wanted Naan bread, and we said yes. We did not receive our Naan until we asked about it after we had almost finished our food. He admitted he had forgotten about it. When it did come out, it was actually good and fresh. That was the highlight of the meal. Refills were sparse, and my husband ended up just grabbing the whole pitcher of water and bringing it to our table. Our waiter also decided to make himself a plate and eat as well so couldn’t be bothered to pay us much mind.

Won’t be going back here again. It’s pricey and not worth it. Go to Dehli Palace downtown if you want a delicious Indian buffet!
