I will no longer support this place. I always order online and when I get there I still have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my food. This place is unorganized. The cashier has a dismissive attitude ,she has no emotional intelligence and don’t think about ordering chicken for a party u can forget it you may not get it. Also, how are you known for selling chicken but don’t sell one piece or two piece pieces you can only get a two piece if you order online not in stores and you can’t buy one piece of chicken that’s so dumb to me.I wish I didn’t have to give one star

Never a good experience here. Always a long wait even when you order ahead. Then they are not kind, although they waste your time. A worker argued that we came late, although we had the text message/email from them confirming the appropriate time.. Will not go back. The chicken is not worth the headache, and the parking sucks.

I would not go back to this location. I was there 2 weeks ago. The young lady didn’t seem to want to acknowledge me when I walked in. She was so into her phone. I gave my order, asked about the restroom and was told to make sure it’s locked when I come out. I went into the restroom. There was no soap. The soap dispenser looked as if it was ripped out. There was no toilet paper and the few pieces of napkins I would not touch. I asked the young lady for toilet paper and she gave me the same type of napkins that was in restroom. They were inappropriate. They are to give costumers with their food. They are not meant to be used in the restroom. They were way too thin. I believe the toilet wasn’t all that great either. I question if the cook or the young lady washes their hands since there’s no soap. The cook was using gloves to cook my food. When I came to see if my order was ready, again the young lady was heavily engrossed in her phone barely acknowledging my return and went right back to her phone as I was leaving and not thanking me for the business.
I wanted to put a small order over the phone this past Friday. The young lady said I would have to do it person. I told her I was 2 min drive away, but she said I had to come in. I decided I would go home and cook the frozen whiting in my car as I know what type of oil I would be using (olive). Though their fish is good, their fish is quite greasy & most likely not healthy oil. I was feeling sick with hunger, but made my way home to cook my own which was better for me.

We ordered around 50 chicken wings ahead of time so we can pick up @ 12 noon for my co – workers last day party but when we got there the store was still closed! Took a few minutes to get it open. Wings were not ready yet. The cook just started cooking them and I end up waiting for another 30 minutes! The wings though were fresh, crispy, delicious and had just the right amount of flour and cajun seasoning! Brought home the leftovers home and my wife and son loved it! I will be back soon to buy for the family. Hopefully I don’t have to wait that long next time!
