After a long drive from Wisconsin, stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat at the bar and glad we stopped there. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great and most of all, all the staff was amazing. The bartender was super attentive, quick and very friendly. Waitstaff that weren’t even ours stopped to talk to us and made sure we had what we need. The restaurant is run like a big family and you can tell they all love working there. The bar owner even stopped what he was doing and took the time to get to know us and make sure we were well taken care of. Very professional and highly recommend eating here.

You would think that good Italian food would be easy for find around here, but this is not always the case! Ambassador, however, really hit the spot for us. We ended up here on accident, but were SO glad we did. The atmosphere is quite nice, relaxing and romantic. The wait staff are wonderful, (the young man who was taking his role of unofficial host was a sweetheart as well,) and it’s just a pleasant dining experience all around.

The food was, of course, great, but there are two other factors that make this an outstanding restaurant. The first is that you can’t help but be impressed with how the place looks on the inside – classy and cozy, and much bigger than you’d expect. The second point is key though… it’s clearly family run. The entire staff is completely committed to the place, and their pride shows in what they do. Everyone we met was wonderful, and that made all the difference.
