I like the setting of the shop but the drinks and food items were too average to justify the extremely high prices. Plenty of other places in Miami for smoothies and dessert that are amazing for half the price. Don’t recommend for that reason but the lady who took my order was polite.

Authentic Colombian flavors in one of the most beautiful spots in Miami.

Located in the charming Upper Buena Vista, Amazonica feels like a hidden oasis. The lush greenery, cozy seating, and thoughtful decor create a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately transports you to Colombia.

The food is absolutely fantastic. Everything tastes fresh, authentic, and made with care. The tequeños are perfectly crispy and full of flavor, and the Berry Nella dessert is refreshing, vibrant, and unforgettable. If you enjoy traditional Colombian treats, the obleas, merengón, and pandebono are also a must try.

The service made the experience even better. Daniel, the owner was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire visit.

Amazonica is located at the charming Upper Buena Vista open open “mall.” The ambience is great and the store has plenty of options to choose from. The lady was polite. We had the strawberries with Belgian chocolate, and while good, it wasn’t great. Expectations were high and were not met. Still would go back there to try other sweets.

I am a big fan of this restaurant. I love the one in Spain so I had high expectations for the miami location. The restaurant is beautiful!!!! The service was amazing. The attention to service is top notch. Although the menu is catered to Miami, it lived up to the expectations. The frog legs were incredibly well prepared. We went the seafood route for the main course were very pleased with the food. We will definitely revisit to try other dishes.

The place has a great atmosphere, very nice staff, everything is clean and pleasant. But I was very disappointed because the menu said “strawberries with Belgian chocolate,” and I know what Belgian chocolate is — but what we actually got was strawberries with Nutella. It was clear that the staff in the kitchen were using Nutella.

This was a big disappointment for me because, as a customer, I felt misled. I didn’t want Nutella with strawberries — I specifically wanted Belgian chocolate with strawberries for my child. These are two completely different products. That’s why I’m lowering my rating: I want the menu to state what is actually being served.

I don’t eat Nutella, and neither do my kids. So I’d like to address the management: please don’t mislead your guests and don’t treat them with such disrespect. Be honest on your menu, and you won’t get negative reviews.

A Colombian gem in the heart of Miami!
Amazónica at Upper Buena Vista is the perfect spot to enjoy authentic Colombian flavors in a magical setting. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with the amazing place, and charm of Colombia, reflected in every detail of the cozy decor and unique flavors.
The food is absolutely amazing. Each dish captures the essence of Colombian cuisine, with fresh ingredients and that comforting homemade touch we all love. You can’t miss the tequeños and the passion of the mango chillado, it’s like a hug for your soul!
And the traditional sweets and desserts? Simply divine. They’re the perfect way to spend a Sunday with a meal and leave with a smile.
A must-visit for anyone looking for a true taste of Colombia in Miami!
Nicole was so helpful and welcoming.

Today I ordered a single strawberry banana and peanut butter smoothie for my kids. Nothing fancy, no toppings. The total was $15.83 which included gratuity, and then I was prompted to tip more. The smoothie was just fine, perhaps worth 7 or 8 dollars at most. I can’t anymore with these Miami spots and their gauging. They wonder why no one comes back.

Went to their Madrid location, and it was so much better in Spain.
Although a beautiful place and great service, the food left to be desired.
And the crowd, well, it’s Brickell, not the prettiest crowd in town.
This place should have been in Miami Beach to perhaps offer some competition to Mila

Almost $20 for an açai bowl without protein is bunkers. Not to mention they automatically charge 15% gratuity when this is not a restaurant and customers order from counter and sit outside. Do NOT com here!

Good food, but they kill the whole beautiful vibe of upper buena vista by playing reggaeton, while on the outside they play nice chill music…
