It is a bit overwhelming when you are placing your order because there is only one full menu at the register where you can really read all the ingredients. The menus on the screens dont have all the menu items listed and the images keep rotating so it is a bit difficult to really understand what is on the screen. The girl at the register was very sweet and helpful in guiding you through the menu.

As for the food, I was able to try the Monkey Juice smoothie, Açaí Bowl, and the Coco Lima Cholada. The açaí in the bowl had an okay flavor, but the fruit is what fell short for me. Some of the fruit tasted like it was previously frozen, which gave the bowl a bad water taste. I also found myself missing a different component aside from fruit, like chia seeds or granola for example. Would be cool to see a “create your own” bowl option where you could choose from a larger variety of fresh ingredients (the blueberries were definitely previously frozen, for example). The Monkey Juice was tasty and filling given the granola component. You can add protein and I see it being used as a meal-replacement smoothie. The final thing I tried was the cholada. They have 6 options with 2 being on the refreshing side, 2 being on the sweeter side, and 2 in between. The Coco Lime was one of the in between flavors, and I did enjoy that it was both refreshing (perhaps from the lime) but it was mostly sweet because it was drizzled with condensed milk- although who doesnt like drinking condensed milk from a straw ?

Overall, I think the frozen fruit made this place fall short, but I would perhaps give the more Colombian options a chance (obleas, pan de bono, etc.). I do love that it is close enough for me to be able to come either walking, or via the metromover, however, the parking situation did not seem great for folks who come by car.

You cannot mix and match any drinks. So if you want guava and are lactose intolerant, you can’t have guava. Drink was still delicious.

No prices, not a very descriptive menu, $13 for a smoothie with three ingredients? Never again.
