Good ecuadorian food. Nice atmosphere. The place can use more wait staff .
There is no parking anywhere in the vicinity that presents an issue if you have a large party. The menu is flexible for all people. Do not expect the food right away.

Was really good. Only issue is that chef could not adjust the “bandera” combination choice because management policies.

Food was good. And delish. Definitely fresh food. They need another waitress for sure . Service was slow. And the menu is all is Spanish the should have some translation in English for non Spanish speaking guest. Or a bilingual worker.

The food here is good but they need to hire more heads. I ordered for pickup thinking it’ll be quick but it took a little longer. They quoted 30 minutes but it was longer. Poor waitress was handling a busy day. Very nice doe even under the stress of a full house.

Overall the food was very tasty. However, I was given a warm and tasteless papaya milkshake and after informing the waitress shortly after tasting the beverage, she responded that she had mentioned to me that it would be served warm (I was never told that the milkshake would be served warm).
While I was paying the bill at the counter, the waitress told me that I should have asked for ice in my milkshake and also that she was saving the papaya for herself and she had to go purchase two more.
While dining at this restaurant not a single employee checked up on us and the beverage wasn’t exchanged for anything else.

The food overall was pretty tasty and the servings were good. They need to work on their decor and ambiance as the lights fixtures were very old fashioned and it gave the restaurant a gloomy effect; and the waitress could use more clothes that are work appropriate. As a recommendation, pay in cash so you don’t have to pay taxes

Must have new chef and/or owners. Food was not as good as the last time we went. Sopa de marinara was tasteless and had too much imitation seafood and not enough shrimp. I used to look forward to the soup. Not so much now. Rest of the food was o.k.

The day I went was also during a street fair that this restaurant was participating in. So this review may not depict the restaurant’s best day. It probably would have been better to keep the restaurant closed during the fair as it likely would have saved them from giving customers a very lack luster dining experience.

The service was ok; we had to seat ourselves, but that’s not a big deal. The food took a very long time to come out, there was only one cook in the kitchen and it seemed like they were making dishes one at a time instead of multiple dishes at once.

Once the food came out it was nothing that would make me go out of my way to visit again. I’m not saying it’s bad; I’m saying, it didn’t hit my palate in ways that would make me crave it again. The worst dish for me was their ceviche de camarón appetizer; the presentation was a bit off-putting and the flavor was not as I expected, though, it may just be how Ecuadorian ceviche is supposed to be.

The restaurant itself had a very local vibe and nothing too fancy; like a place someone would constantly visit to meet up with old friends and grab a bite.
