To start off with the multiple issues I had here: My wings had little sauce as shown in the photos, and they charged me 50 cents for a tiny cup of sauce that looks like this, and it’s not even full! It barely covered 2 wings when I poured it on top.
I paid almost $6 for this “thai tea” that I saw her pour a powder over milk…and powder was still left on the top, she didn’t even mix it, I had to do it myself? She then handed me the cup like this, and walked off as if I was supposed to put ice in myself, only for it to splatter everywhere cause it was the ice machine for cokes.
The fries tasted half cooked/frozen, and very small amount for a combo…only 2 tiny ranches as well! The wings were so gooey and not cooked fully either!
I work in customer and food service, and they have zero skills of both. With that being said, these ladies were a bit aggressive, and they made me rather uncomfortable to even want to rightfully complain about the food, temperature, etc., and I noticed them ready to be argumentative when I looked dumbfounded at my orders—I left to avoid any issues.
This experience was not a good one, please read reviews and trust the ones you read before you order! I’m hoping the owner wants to fix this because this was unbelievable.

Great place to get a 10 piece wing combo for a decent price. I’ve been to this location a lot and they used to be my all time favorite place to get wings, however I noticed that unfortunately inflation has been hitting them too. The wings and fries have gotten considerably smaller and the flavoring of the wings had been reduced. I also noticed that the seasoning bar was diluted with lots of salt to compensate for the lack of seasoning. Overall, it’s still a great place to get wings. Good flavors and great options.

Today was my second visit to Amazing Wings and as the name implies they are amazing! I used the restroom to wash my hands and was instantly disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. I suggest the owner invest in a bathroom renovation because it is way below standard. I’m not sure if they would even pass a health inspection. Soap dispenser broken, tissue almost out, light switch filthy, and it smells awful. Also the drink machine is not safe to drink from, I highly doubt those pipes have ever been cleaned. The soda tastes very wierd. They should shut it down and provide cans. The food is really good but I’m not sure it’s good enough to risk my health for.

Had a hankering for chicken and saw Amazing Wings on GrubHub and thought I’d give it a try. I ordered the 4 piece tender combo (honey mustard dipping sauce). French fries and coleslaw were my sides of choice. It arrived on time, complete and correct, and was packaged well for delivery.
Found all to be very generous portions. The tenders are probably the largest I’ve seen in Atlanta in well over 40 years of living here, and were seasoned well, crispy on the outside while still cooked just right on the inside. Crinkle cut fries were the same…crispy on the outside and soft and tasty on the inside (the fries seasoning they included on the side added just the right touch). The coleslaw was a creamy red cabbage style that was tangy and tasty.
Overall I was was quite impressed with the whole meal. Looking forward to trying more from Amazing Wings.

The absolute worst customer service. I’ve bought wings here MULTIPLE times, I’ve had their honey medium wings BEFORE. I don’t know who was cooking tonight but my wings had no honey on them whatsoever. I can literally see the pepper all over my wings, and they’re so hot I can’t even eat them. When I called to ask for a refund 5 minutes after I left and got home the manager picked up, laughed, and then yelled at me saying that my order was right and that I was wrong. I offered to literally drive back up there and bring all my wings back and she refused. When I asked for the so called “manager’s” name she refused to give me her name after yelling at me. I called at 9:50 pm so whoever was on nightshift on 1/28/22 needs to be fired. I’ve worked in customer service and I could not even imagine speaking to a RETURN customer like this in my life. Never again, and I will be filing a complaint with my bank because my order was not correct and I offered to return the whole order while my boyfriend recorded the phonecall. Ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Food: Ended up getting a 20 piece wings, crispy, half hot, half lemon pepper since there wasn’t an option for hot lemon pepper (they do have spicy lemon pepper, but didn’t wanna risk it). The wings weren’t as crispy as I was expecting, but I’ll chop that up to the 30minute delivery time. Otherwise, the wings were juicy and super flavorful. The hot was spicier than I was expecting (definitely a good thing), and the sauce was very thick, which made it coat the wings perfectly. The lemon pepper was a dry-ish coating (some wetness but not much at all), but still packed with that citrusy saltiness flavor you want. As this is around Atlanta, I wish this was made wet, but it had great flavor regardless. Came with celery and baby carrots – basic sides and were still crisp and not soggy, so big plus there.
Price: About $40 with delivery and tip, around $25 without. Slightly more expensive than I’d usually pay, but expected considering the inflated prices on delivery apps. Plus the quality was great so it made the price more bearable.
All in all, wings were solid. Slightly expensive, but typical when ordering delivery through these apps. Definitely would order again.

If I could give this location zero stars I would! I order through Ubereats and it was the worst place I’ve ever ordered from. First, I asked for 10 piece “mild” wings. They were so hot it burned my nose trying to eat them plus no celery with them. Second, It was marked “buy one get one free” I received nothing free. Third, I ordered the fried cheesecake/strawberries and I received a stick of fried cheesecake with nothing (notice the picture vs what I received. I also ordered the chicken teriyaki. $40 and nothing was right! HORRIBLE!
