The founder of Amazing Tacos has always loved cooking for her family and friends. Seeing how her food thrived within the family she decided to turn it into a business. Her delicious and amazing meals transport you to the heart of Mexico. Our founder is originally from San Luis Potosi where the love for cooking started. She is now serving the Beaumont community.

Amazing experience, I don’t usually review but we decided to try something new and we were thoroughly impressed. The employees were super sweet I cannot stress it enough. They absolutely loaded our Birria pizza , which is humongous btw, with plenty of sauces. We were nervous to try it because of the negative reviews (which is few). Turns out those negative reviews were just that, negative people who were bored. our food was delicious and they have passion for what they do. Will absolutely be going again!-

My experience here was absolutely fantastic. The food was incredibly delicious! I ordered two beef tacos for myself and two for my husband, all with extra cilantro, and let me tell you — these tacos were packed with meat. Nothing skimpy about them at all. They were juicy, flavorful, and honestly some of the best tacos I’ve had in a long time.
I couldn’t even wait to get home… I ate one taco right there in the parking lot because it smelled so good. I’m saving the other one to enjoy with my husband when I get home. I still can’t believe I had never heard of this place before — it’s definitely a new favorite, and I will absolutely be back.
A huge thank you to the sweet lady working the truck. You are truly gifted at what you do. Those tacos were made with care, and it shows. I can’t wait to try more of your menu items next time.
I also noticed the sign saying the ramen noodles are back. She told me she makes them in a special way and that they’re really delicious. She didn’t have them today, but hopefully I’ll catch them on my next visit. Honestly though, those beef tacos alone are worth the trip every single time.
The green sauce had the perfect mild kick — just enough spice without being overwhelming — and the orange sauce was a bit hotter for those who like more heat. At almost 51, I can’t handle super spicy foods anymore, so I really appreciated having options.
If you’re looking for amazing food, generous portions, and friendly service, this place is a must‑try. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
in my opinion, if you have the choice between going to a nearby restaurant or two that taco truck I would definitely recommend going to the taco truck above anything else in that area. If I could give the taco truck more stars than five I definitely would and the lady working. The truck is the most nicest lady and just so very friendly. You can tell she loves for everyone to love the food so that it makes everyone happy. it’s hard to find someone who cooks at an establishment and puts their heart into what they do so she is well appreciated.

I see why I stopped coming for a while. The consumé had NO FLAVOR! I might as well have been dipping my tacos in hot water. The meat ain’t got NO SEASONING WHATSOEVER. Where is the AUTHENTIC birria? Not here. I ordered no feta cheese. I asked for NACHO cheese and what did I get? FETA CHEESE!!! I cant even get my xtra onions bc it was mixed with the cheese. Dont waste ur time or money DOG FOOD AT BEST!!!

When we travel, we like to look for out of the way, non-chain places to eat. Amazing Tacos! The name is JUSTIFIED! The Pizza Birria is so amazing and worth every dollar. Amazing Tacos, fast, very flavorful and just Amazing!

Had a burrito from the food truck at Exxon. Well worth the $10.00!!
Back at Exxon. The burrito was so good I came back for some birria tacos. Was super hungry and wanted 4, 3 per order. She did some math and I was on my way. The broth is so good, I drank half of it before I realized it’s to dip the tacos in. So good. Like last night, the salsa verde and rojo I could also sip on. The lady is so nice. The tacos were amazing by themselves but with the broth and salsa, I was done at 3. Maybe the other as a midnight snack. Well done Amazing Tacos!

Googled tacos near me and found this gem. The food was fresh and delicious. The ladies were very nice and they also speak English! To add the icing on the cake the food truck is being run by a generator so they do have electricity unlike some other food trucks!
