I’ll start by saying that the pho and overall food is very good. All fresh and extremely tasty. The portions are big and very generous. If you are looking for good Pho and overall Asian food this is definitely the place. But! You must know this and this is something that I wish we knew before we came: this is not a restaurant. It’s more of a fast food self service place. You order on the self service machine and pick up your food when it’s ready. Not a lot of tables to sit down so you might end up standing with a tray of food in your hand. The worst part is that you have to clean up after yourself. Separate the garbage, liquids, recycle the bottles, put away the trays. If this is your thing, you’ll feel at home but when we wanted a nice family dinner out, we didn’t expect to be our own waiters…
So overall, good food. Nice people. The kitchen works fast. But be prepared to be your own waiter

I love everything I have eaten from Amazing Pho. The employees have amazing customer service and always answer all my questions about food I hadn’t tried yet. Savannah and Iris are so friendly at the register and I appreciate their friendly service.

After having 2 trips to the Berkshires, this is the best food we’ve found. Came twice, and both times, incredible food. Really is. The pho is so flavorful—best broth I’ve had. And biggest surprise to me, the sandwiches are stunning in how flavorful and well put together they are

Everywhere I travel, I seek out vegan pho, and most leave something to be desired. This one was incredibly flavorful, perfectly executed, and generous with both portion size and vegan “pork.” The woman at the counter was kind and helpful, and service was quick! The facility was also very clean and enjoyable to dine in.
If I lived closer, I’d be here at least once a week!

I ordered dinner from here for my birthday and I was blown away by how good it was. It was super easy to order online and pick up. I wanted to try pho for the first time, and it was the best. I will definitely be ordering from here again. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I ordered the wings and my family got the different phos. I got the chicken with rice which is one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes. The wings were a little spicy but baked and still tasty. I like the little shop of labubu gifts and a Buy one get one free offer. Would like coming back next time. Prices were okay. We paid $91 for four entrees, one app and some boba tea drinks. We have a nut allergy and they were aware. There is a sauce station that was cool too.
