Amata is a fantastic new spot offering perfectly executed Thai food in a modern and trendy setting. You can tell the owners are industry pros because the hospitality is top class. The owners are often present and have a very hands on approach which is rare to see in restaurants today. The staff is carefully selected and each person we met had a great positive attitude and a very warm smile. The chef is an expert, able to maintain traditional Thai flavors with an added twist of using top quality ingredients and modern cooking techniques. They’ve only been open two months so be patient if there are any rough edges still to polish, but I predict this restaurant to be a staple in the new wave of Vegas dining. Highly recommend the short rib khao soi, the duck larb, and the Thai style beef carpaccio. Save room for dessert because (when available) the mango sticky rice is one of the best I’ve ever had.

We saw this new Thai restaurant on TikTok and knew we had to try it, especially after a friend had already been raving about it. My husband and I decided to stop by for lunch, and it did not disappoint.

The atmosphere is amazing. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful inside. Our waitress, Lisa, was friendly and attentive, and the service was quick, which made the experience even better.

We started with the prawn rolls, and they were very tasty. I am usually picky when it comes to seafood, but I really enjoyed these.

We ordered three dishes and loved every single one. The basil chicken was full of flavor, the Pad Thai was just as delicious, and our favorite dish was the Pad See Ew. Everything was fresh, well seasoned, and clearly made with care.

We will definitely be back and can’t wait to try more from the menu.

Wow, wow, wow! I was visiting my family in Las Vegas this week and they all wanted to try a new Thai spot for dinner. Being a big flavor foodie family we decided to try this place based on reviews and menu.

What we ordered and recommend: beef carpaccio, crispy duck panang, drunken noodles, short rib bone marrow khao soi, truffle garlic fried rice, eggplant & tofu, tom kha chicken and the papaya salad ( )

Every single thing we had was spot on for flavor and presentation. We also appreciated the service and kindness of the staff – B was our server and she was awesome!

We probably would’ve ordered one of everything if we could but we ordered family style and cleaned up!

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The carpaccio was fresh delicate and perfectly balanced. The prawn rolls were light crispy and full of flavor. The seafood salad was vibrant and refreshing with every ingredient shining. The shrimp Pad Thai was cooked just right with great texture bold flavor and not overly sweet. The duck red curry was the standout rich tender deeply flavorful and beautifully presented. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and clearly made with care. Excellent food strong execution and a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing! Every single item we ordered was delicious. The spice level was also really well integrated into the dishes.

Their home made chili sauce is one of the best I’ve ever had and went well with every dish as well!

The bone marrow and duck dishes were perfect and would order again!

The only dow side is there aren’t any cocktails or beer and wine.

Oh wow
What a great Thai restaurant on SW Las Vegas!
Stopped in for lunch on Saturday!
Had spicy beef carpaccio (little spicy ️ for my blood) but it was tasty!
Tried pad Thai, drunken noodles, branzino, crispy pork, duck roll! I will for sure try Penang curry next time!!!
Also, ladies restroom had a handmade soap smelled so nice! Found out the owner made the soap himself.
Definitely you can taste, see and feel the care the owner put in this restaurant.
And he is very handsome, tall, young Thai man!
I’ll be back soon!

We loved Amata Thai! The atmosphere is wonderful – this would be a great date night spot. It’s airy and elevated. The service is impeccable: friendly and welcoming, they kept our table clean and the warm towelette at the end of the meal was perfect.
We tried the shrimp rolls, bone marrow khao soi, and crab fat noodles.
The shrimp rolls were so light and crispy and packed with juicy shrimp.
The khao soi was so tasty! Enormous portion, tender short ribs, and they torched the bone marrow table side. The crab fat noodles were chewy and flavorful and absolutely stacked with juicy crab meat. 10/10 will visit again. Don’t skip the Thai tea!

Amata was a 10/10 experience. This place will go head to head with any of your other favorite Thai spots but it’s number one for me now. The tom kha and beef carpaccio were the best dishes I’ve had in years. The pad Thai, shrimp rolls, and mango coconut rice dessert were all worth having again. Service was friendly and professional. Excellent restaurant.

Stopped in for lunch for the first time on a Thursday. The dinning area is very bright and inviting. Our server, Lisa, was very friendly, knowledgeable and got us going with drinks and the Chef’s recommended dishes. The restaurant quickly filled up with the lunch crowd, including a large party, but our service never skipped a beat.
I wish I took more photos of the amazing food but it smelt so good we just dove right in. The Beef Carpaccio was a perfect blend of spice and herbs, the Tom Yum soup came out with a great presentation, and both of our noodles were cooked to perfection. We finished the meal with a beautiful mango sticky rice.
We will definitely be stopping by again!

The food and atmosphere is amazing! We were lucky to stumble upon this place since it’s near home. It’s new, modern, and clean. The food was tasty, not too oily. We shared the mushroom salad appetizer, something I hadn’t tried before, and black truffle black garlic fried rice. Both delicious and veg friendly! All entrees have options for protein. My husband got the cashew chicken, which comes with rice, and he said the spice was just right and was made with quality ingredients. Service was great – Candy served us. She was nice, patient, and answered our questions. Vibe is sheik – emerald city with loungey music. We cleaned our plates. Worth a visit!
