First off, I placed a reservation and randomly asked in the comments if they could write happy valentines day on the reservation card for me. They did that and some and wrote a whole heart felt message. Top teir. The food was exceptional, I got the steak sandwich, best steak sandwich I’ve ever had. Their appetizers were excellent and wonderfully plated. We got ricotta doughnuts on the house since it was out first time there. Their service is some the best service I’ve ever had. One of the best dinning experiences I’ve had I awhile. 10/10 wonderful possibly perfect resteuant. Will be returning soon.

Stunning. Exquisite. Impressive. Packed. All words accurately describe this place. I was simply waiting for my to-go order and felt like I was dining in with the level of care the waiters gave me. Offered me water, etc. There was quite a wait, but I came in knowing this as they give you an estimate, and the timing was pretty much on point. It looks like if you’re dining in, you might definitely want to consider reservations as they offer that. The food was amazing. I decided to get a pretzel as an appetizer, and by itself it was really good. For my main dish, I got the fried chicken sandwich… and it was juicy, cooked perfectly, and the caramel sauce, coleslaw, and chipotle aioli really added such a great blend of flavors in the sandwich. It is now one of my favorite fried chicken sandwiches! There’s also plenty of parking outside the restaurant.

Amaro’s is a hidden gem of a fine dining experience in Castle Rock! Food is incredible; I got the Mango Chutney Pork Chops with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans. And then my partner got the Shrimp Alfredo. Both were to die for, and because we were celebrating our 10 years anniversary, they gave us free Ricotta Donut Holes (which were lovely), and a little personalized card. Would highly recommend!

We decided to give Amaro’s a try today. They did not disappoint us! The salmon was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauce was amazing and not at all heavy. That fried chicken sandwich was amazing with that Carmel sauce! The portions are generous and cooked to perfection. Worth every penny and an excellent value. If I had to say anything about improvement I would say the hostess could have been more friendly. Thank you for a great experience! We will be back.

I live in Vancouver, so I knew about Amaro’s. I have a friend who lives in Olympia, so I picked this place for lunch, since it’s the same distance for both of us.
If you’re on I-5 looking for an excellent place to eat, stop here! I’m looking at you, picky foody type. You’re welcome.
It feels like a fancy restaurant without being too pretentious to the average guy like me. Our server, Tricia, was a true professional, knowing just when to check on us and very knowledgeable of the menu.
They take what they do seriously and it’s one of the finest places I’ve eaten at in my travels. I had a burger; my friend went with the Risotto. We both loved what we had.
My burger was cooked perfectly and my mouth is watering thinking about it as I write this.
The risotto looked good enough to make me wish I’d ordered that, but I’m not regretting that burger.
Seriously, stop in here. You wouldn’t expect a place like this in a little town on the highway, but here it is. (No offense, Castle Rock, I love stopping in your lovely town).
The price was very reasonable for what we had, and the bar was great too. First class choice of spirits.

This place is LEGIT!!! The dark moody dining is so cool. The SERVICE & FRIENDLINESS of the staff is a TWELVE. The FOOD is always the same EXCELLENCE. They have TOP QUALITY steak and the RICOTTA EVERYTHING, you MUST HAVE.

Outstanding! The food, the service, the drinks — everything was incredible. I was visiting from out of town and this place came highly recommended by locals, and it did not disappoint. Trista at the bar was fantastic! The ricotta donuts were such a treat, and the espresso martini is an absolute must-have. Whether you’re just passing through or live nearby, make this a stop. Great vibe, beautiful aesthetic, and an overall amazing experience. We’ll definitely be back!
