A Wednesday night in October lead us into Amari for a party of 4 w reservations for 6:30. Warm and inviting layout with sectional seatings. Noise was an annoying problem in the summer and we asked to be seated in a small room w 4 booths. Our server, a blond-haired gal was wonderful and so very gracious. We were not rushed. She didn’t spill a drop of the Ab. vodka Martini w a twist. The MacMurray Pinot Noir was enjoyed, as was the Lobster Ravioli, the Chicken Piccata and the large salad. The Fruitti de Mare was a generous bowl of large shrimp, scallops, calamari, clams and mussels in a nice marinara sauce, atop linguine. We would return again.

Food was by far top 5 ive had in awhile but ill try this again another time as our server just seemed not too into it
Never offered starters or can we get something to drink or anything it was just right to what do you want and when it came to ordering for my son i had to ask for my sons drink that comes with the order and no brownie given with it
All in all not a great experience and it didnt end the day well, i get its busy during the holidays but even thats no excuse for subpar service…
So not coming back after our card was charged 86.53 with 4% extra but how does it come to 102.53 as well like absolutely wild ripoff will not be going back and no there wasnt a tip for service because service was awful, server name was gia if you ever get her

We hadn’t been to Amari’s in quite a while, so I wanted to check it out. The restaurant really needs some updating. It looks tired & there was no one to greet us when we entered the restaurant. However, after a period long enough for me to think – that maybe we should go somewhere else of their lovely hostess sat us. The food was very good. We split the Caprese salad and I had the house made lasagna. My wife had the osso buco and it was all very good. You know how wait staff can make a break an experience – our waitress was not good. It’s such a pet peeve of mine when white staff don’t introduce themselves or let you know what the specials are or even ask you how’s your night going? Very abrupt never checked back on us – which was too bad because my lasagna could’ve used a warm-up. Overall, a decent experience & I know times are challenging, but I hate that this restaurant charges a 4% fee for credit card usage. They say that it’s to keep their prices competitive but their prices are no different than when I go to the north end and have dinner.

Amari is a lovely restaurant, we made a reservation at 6, we were sitted right away.
A great atmosphere, a bit loud but comfortable.
Great service with a beautiful smile.
The deeping oil and bread was fantastic.
Generous portions. We had to bring leftovers.
We did not like the wedge salad, not much flavor.
The appetizer meat chicken and shrimp was amazing; cooked to perfection, delicious seasoning. We were very pleased.
We had fradiavolo, scampi scallops, shrimp and lobster.
Everything was delicious!
I highly recommend it.

Love It Love It Love It. Stopped in for first time on a recent trip doing the ole 3A to 6A trip from Plymouth down the East Dennis, MA.
Slowly Drove by, realized it was Italian Place (Our Favorite) The Vibe, even from the outside driving by was Cool and so Pulled a “Ueuey”.
Went through the dedicated take out area (took note of that for the future – a whole area inside to either place and/or pick up your takeout order, but separated from the hoopla of the restaurant/bar! Perfect Takeout Set up), and walked through door to Bar / Lounge area. PERFECT VIBE again! Nice Big Bar and then a few High Tops around and then Several Low Tops. All Great Seating in the is area.
Live Music ensued around 6:30pm.
The Restaurant Area / separated nicely and perfectly from the quieter restaurant side with multi rooms and varying levels also looked really nice. There was even a lovely sitting / cocktail area a few comfy chairs by the Fireplace (just outside the lounge area).
Food was Fabulous, Server Even Better and Overall Vibe was Exactly what we Love. Hidden / Very Popular little gem on the outskirts of 6A in East Sandwich, but a rocks through from the West Barnstable Line. Just Go Check it Out…Now
We’ll be back many more times.

This review is just for the Pizza Express part of Amari. My family has been getting pizza there for over 20 years. We have seen many changes in the pizza makers. I hoping the owners will see this and act. Over last 6 weeks the pizza has been terrible. Not enough sauce or cheese. Tastes (and feels) like a tomato and cheese cracker. The pizza had usually been a nice bite of sauce and cheese. Please fix!

I tried Amari’s for the first time last night and got takeout. Customer service was very good. The lobster risotto was FILLED with lots of lobster! I was thrilled. The risotto flavor itself was bland. It was a hefty portion though. The Bocconcini was yummy and the presentation was perfect, even in a takeout box! The prosciutto and caprese salad was a very good and now I want prosciutto everytime I get this salad anywhere because it really added to it! The bread is perfect. I’ll definitely be back to try more on the menu!

We enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. Our suggestion is to definitely make a reservation. The food tasted very good with just personal flavor criticism: too much salt on calamari and the Italian salad had too much balsamic vinaigrette. In addition, the pricing for the quantity/ quality of the food was worthwhile for most of the dishes we ordered. Only one dish seemed overpriced for what we received. Our server, David, was quite pleasant, polite, and helpful. However, due to the busyness of the restaurant, it took him a while to check on how we were doing after receiving the main dishes.

Really well prepared Italian classics and great, friendly service at this warm and cosy spot. Excellent drinks, seafood and specials. Loved the pizza and stuffed peppers. The chicken saltimbocca and veal Marsala are top notch. Large, fresh salads are also great.

This place has been around Sandwich for decades, but I only recently tried it a couple of years ago during an extended off-season stay on The Cape. Fantastic food, great cocktails and really relaxing atmosphere. It’s now one of our favorite places to go.
