Went there for the first time a few weeks ago. Pizza was good.
the only negative thing I have to say is that I let a lady know there was no more ginger ale, and she didn’t do anything about it/ignored it. After a few minutes after I was already almost done with my meal, I told another gentlemen and he actually refilled it.
Place looked nice and clean with a lot of options. They had a Nashville slice which was really good.

Edit: John Fixed my order once i called back 3 weeks later. I may have jumped the gun in writing the review before calling lol, but yeah. Any issues, call them first, no matter how frustrated you might be they will make it worth your while
Friday nights are a no go. Messed up my grandma pie. I like the people here. But they need better time management. They are way too overwhelmed at certain times. Missing the basil. Ordered this pie dozens of times since I moved here. Oh well. Maybe next time.

3.5 stars which is decent. We had ordered the margarita with extra cheese, broccoli & tomato slice, sausage roll, plain slice, and an upside down Sicilian slice. The best ones were the upside down Sicilian and the broccoli & tomato slices. They were ok/good, but the broccoli & tomato slice needed to be seasoned. The upside Sicilian slice sauce was very good, but the bottom was overcooked. Those two the plain slice and the margarita slices and weren’t that good. My husband didn’t care for their sausage roll. Overall we thought Amano Pizza was just ok.

Pizza was tasteless . Cut in to strange piece together pieces instead of eight normal size slices for a large pizza.
Chicken wrap and Panini were good. Charged more than advertised in menu even though I payed cash.

I’ve been ordering from this pizza place for a long time since I moved to SA. and it used to be my go-to spot. But recently the quality has been slipping. We ordered our usual large House Special pizza and noticed the black olives were missing. I’ve also noticed they haven’t been using red onions lately — maybe it was a one-time thing, but the consistency just isn’t what it used to be.
I really hope they get back to the quality and attention to detail they used to have, because this place has always been one of my favorites.

We dined in at Amano yesterday for lunch. We tried a variety of small pies, all absolutely outstanding — perfectly cooked with a delicious crispy crust! Every bite was better than the next.
The pinwheels were just as incredible — crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy on the inside, and packed with flavor. I am still thinking about them!
On top of the great food, the service was amazing. Friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. You can really tell they care about their customers.
We’ll definitely be back — highly recommend!
Ps: bring back the veggie roll

Today, my son and I were headed up from Philly to look at a truck and thought we would visit this place as it was nearby and we had seen some reviews online.
As we walked into the place several staff members welcomed us with a smile and a “Hello”. That was a good start. We then noticed that the place is very clean and the food looked fresh. Also, good.
We order three slices of pizza, a buffalo chicken pinwheel and an order of cheese fries. The slices were penne vodka and hot honey pepperoni. I have to say that coming from Philly where we have some really great pizza and steaks, I was just hoping for something that made it passed a 7. Well, this was a great day. The slices in my opinion were about an 8.3. Awesome taste and the crust was absolutely perfect. The edges had sesame seeds and some kind of oil that really made that last bite like the bottom of the ice-cream cone. The pinwheel was well done also. Great flavor in the buffalo sauce and the blue cheese was just right. I’d say an 8.2. The cheese fries were good but not as much as the pizza and pinwheel. The cheese covered the entire mound of fries and they were done well. No soggy junk. I give the fries a 7.5.
I know we go to places like this for the food, but I have to say that this place had the nicest people. The guy in the picture is a driver/manager. We struck up a conversation, and it made the whole experience better. The owner and the folks behind the counter left a great impression. I’d drive out of my way for this place in a minute. Thanks Amano’s. Keep it real.

Me and my family ordered a large plain pie and it was smaller than expected and pricey. I would not recommend this place in the winter as it was very cold inside, and we all had to wear our coats while eating. They also charge a service fee if you’re using your credit card and not paying cash.

I’ve never been spoken to so disrespectfully by a business before. I called to place an order and the woman on the phone was immediately hostile and impatient. When I asked about delivery, she sharply said it would be 2 hours and acted annoyed that I even questioned it. I tried to be reasonable and said I’d pick it up instead, and she cut me off multiple times, rushed me through the order, and told me she didn’t have time to deal with me because the phones were busy. Her tone was and flat out rude. Then she still told me the wait time would still be 2 hours to pick up, after all that attitude. I understand it’s Super Bowl day, but being busy does not justify treating customers like an inconvenience. The lack of professionalism was shocking. Between the attitude, the rushing, and the poor communication, this place has permanently lost our business. There are plenty of other pizzerias that know how to treat paying customers with basic respect.

Been going there for a couple of years now and I haven’t gone anywhere else. They’re creative with their food and haven’t had a bad slice yet. These are good people and it shows in their service. I find myself telling other customers my experiences with the food because each time I go to their locations I’m undecided. Consistency in the taste and their dinners are phenomenal. My Wife loves their salads too. Looking through my phone I took a bunch of pictures and I even bought a hoodie as they sell them there. Amazing place with amazing staff.
