Incredible food! I got the chicken shawarma plate, and the chicken was fantastic, the wrap was perfect, and the sauces were on point, and the coleslaw was super good! The pics are towards the end, there were 4 more of those size chicken wrap cuts and there was more coleslaw

Just tried out this Middle Eastern food truck and I’m seriously impressed. The chicken shawarma is Perfectly seasoned, super juicy, and wrapped in warm, fluffy pita with just the right amount of garlic sauce and pickled veggies. It had that smoky, slow-cooked flavor that hits just right.
The portions were generous too definitely worth the price. I wasn’t expecting much from a food truck stop, but this one might have just ruined all other shawarma spots for me. If you see this truck around, don’t think twice, get the chicken shawarma and thank me later.

Went here recently because I pass by it every day. Went in the evening, when the regular dinner rush was over. After speaking with the gentleman about the different selections, I chose the regular chicken shawarma plate. It came with slaw and fries. The wrap was a flaky pastry (similar to what baklava is made with) and nicely flavored. The place had a friendly and cool vibe, and the staff who took my order was both kind and knowledgeable. The only disappointment was how dry the chicken was. I had to put the pieces in the dip, because it was too dry to eat as it was. I’m sure that during busy times, the meat is much more juicy because it hasn’t had time to dry out. Next time I go, I will make sure they have a line out front.

Everything was absolutely delicious! I got the chicken shawarma plate and the fried chicken plate and a salad to share with my roommate. The flavors were incredible and all the food was very fresh. The chicken was marinated in something that made it so juicy and flavorful, I’ll definitely be back! Yum

Nice change of pace to see Middle Eastern food in Biddeford. Coleslaw and french fries were underwhelming as the coleslaw was way overdressed and the fries limp and undercooked. Not what I’d expect for sides with Syrian food anyway – maybe they are trying too hard to please many palates? The chicken shawarma was very flavorful but a bit dry. I’m hoping as more people try the food the chicken won’t have a chance to dry out as much. The sauces were a great compliment and added another nice dimension to the wrap. I’d pass on the sides and go all in with the wraps but don’t forget to get the sauces. Delightful team cooking and serving our lunch. I will go back and give this spot another try.
